Green Bay combines small-city comfort with metropolitan amenities, anchored by the iconic Green Bay Packers and Lambeau Field. Downtown's CityDeck along the Fox River hosts community events and outdoor dining from spring through fall. The city offers outdoor attractions like the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary and Green Bay Botanical Garden, while Bay Beach Amusement Park provides family entertainment with its historic roller coaster and rides. Housing spans from the historic Broadway District to newer developments across the city, with current rental rates averaging $928 for one-bedroom apartments and $1,167 for two-bedroom units, reflecting a 3.1-3.7% annual increase.
The Meyer Theatre and Weidner Center present performances throughout the year, while the Neville Public Museum explores regional history and science. The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus enriches the community's educational landscape.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Parc
Literally just bad new management/landlord. This place was super great to live before. Wish we could continue to say the same. Unfortunately, we cannot because the new management/landlord just sucks that much. Way too many issues with the new landlord, and it's over stuff that could be easily handled and resolved. Unfortunately, new landlord handles things poorly and doesn't respect the tenants or picks and chooses.
I was looking at apartments in the Green Bay area as I may be locating. Robert the manager was very helpful in showing me the different apartment layout. These apartment are very clean and spacious, the lawn was well kept.
This apartment has everything I need and want in a place to call home! Safe, locked entries, spacious units with lots of storage, garages with remotes, in unit laundry (in select units, but also laundry in the building) and most importantly friendly and attentive on-site management and Matinence. Any issue I have ever had has been addressed promptly and professionally. The management is always working on projects to improve to property, while making sure their tenants needs are attended to! I have lived here for almost 3 years and would recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, well maintained apartment! Keep up the great work!
The property is always clean- you will never find garbage lying around, no cigarette butts anywhere etc. It is always well kept inside and out. And our dumpsters are emptied daily- bonus! Any and all maintenance is handled promptly, professionally and to satisfaction. The property manager, Robert, is a very active, honest, genuine, dependable, and hard working guy. Parking is spacious for tenants and visitors. The building is also secured, which I love. Neighbors are quiet and respectful of one another. Last but not least- REASONABLE on cost of rent! I also admire the beautiful updates and uniqueness of layout. 5 stars all around from ME
I normally do not post online reviews, however after reading the other review. I find it necessary to post this. Since new management has taken over they have made numerous improvements and upgrades through out the property, appliances lighting, carpet, decks and flooring. The always address any maintenance need's quickly and professionally. As far as the bright lights go, I know when I get home after dark I like to see what is going on not like before when parking lot was dark and filled with criminals. They are gone now and this is a nice place to call home. And as far as parking go's they are almost always spots open and if more people used the garage for car's and not storage it would be even better. The manager and maintenance staff is professional and helpful when asked and no they are not your friends they have a job to do and they do it well. I will be staying here as long as current management runs the property. They are still working on the place that is the reason for the 4 stars not 5, I am certain it will get there in the upcoming year or so.
Management is poor, and is never around in the office. Home office never returns calls or emails. Parking is first come first serve so if you have 2 cars you may not get a spot besides your garage, and management has stated each apartment is allowed 1 parking spot plus garage, regardless id you have two vehicles or not. Visitor parking rules are not enforced. Office hours are not 12 to 12 as advertised. Only a small percentage of units face the park. Most face the street, cemetary or brightly lit parking lot. No privacy. Hard to sleep with bright lights. Manager not interested in having good rapport with residents. High turnover of residents. Management will say one thing one day and something else the next day, threatening to terminate leases, even though rules have not been broken. Overpriced as they continuiously raise rent every year.
