I’ve had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex and happily give it 5 stars. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents—they handle maintenance requests quickly and professionally. The community feels safe and welcoming, and my neighbors have all been respectful and kind. I also really enjoy the amenities, especially the gym and the pool, which are always in great condition. Parking is convenient, and I’ve never had any issues with noise or disruptions. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in keeping the place running smoothly. If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-managed, and comfortable place to live, I highly recommend this complex. It’s been a great experience from day one.

I like everything, but some of the electric car chargers are not working. I would appreciate it if you could fix it as soon as possible. Also, I would like to see some more chargers installed.

I truly believe this is the best apartment complex in the area. Management and maintenance is wonderful, it's always clean and has a great gym. The only down side is it's very noisy being right off of i16.

Overall a great place to live. The community is kept clean and the maintenance group and office group are on top everything. The only downside is sometimes the hallways have trash left by the neighbors and it stays there till someone else wants to clean it, so it can have a smell.

this is a great complex. not many noise disturbances. the elevator is very helpful and a plus. the buildings feel like you're walking through a hotel rather than just an apartment complex.

We started off a little slow due to the snow in Savannah but the staff is awesome. They made us feel like we belong. We also look forward to using the gym and yoga center.

the complex is pretty cool but I just moved in and I would say I’m a bit disappointed. The unit was not cleaned at all. The hallway steps and entry way is very rusted. When I did my tour I was taken through the elevator which is the cleanest way.

Move in day was terrible. Too much to type, but the leasing office already is aware of everything that was wrong. Apartment wasn’t move in ready it was very nasty and a lot of damage to keep it simple. Wasted money on a U-Haul truck that we didn’t get to use because we had to move everything in 3 days after we signed the lease of original move in day…

I've been living here for 4 months now and have had no issues, leasing office is easy to contact unlike most other apartments. Besides the sounds of the highway it's a pretty quiet complex. Lovely pool, gym, and gathering area at the leasing office.

We absolutely love our awesome apartment! Spacious, beautiful, state of the art amenities, clean, quiet and convenient area. Caroline and the staff have been extremely helpful and fabulous to work with. Moreover, their patience and professionalism left nothing to be desired. They anticipated all our needs and made themselves available to assist us every step of the way! As retirees, we plan on making Parc at Pooler our permanent home for many years to come!

Everybody is very helpful and friendly. The place is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. Don’t hear noise inside the apartment. The maintenance come next day or following day to fix things.

Parc at Pooler, not a great experience in apartment living. I have lived in a high rise apartment, many floors, and they kept that place clean. I walk through my apartment building, and gag on the stench in the hallway. Valet trash people spill droppings from trash bags in halls and elevators, sometimes not picking up trash at all. There is no quiet time in my apartment, I always hear the traffic from interstate 16. I hear the traffic in my sleep, there is no quiet peaceful time. The shower is built crazy, the shield of the shower should be on the opposit side. The internet service is very slow. Manager and assistant Manager are unprofessional, never speaking when entering the room with new potential residents. They give me that sneaky untrusting vibe. I get tired of see dog poop everywhere, which is not you all fault, but it is a nuisance. Much care given to landscape, trying to get new clients, while your residents are being neglected. All other staff very nice and professional.

Parc at Pooler has been the best complex to live in! The apartments have great finishes, the amenities are too notch, and the management does a lot to make the residents feel welcomed and appreciated!

They have a bunch of rules that they don't enforce. They allow people to do what ever they want and don't take care of the place. Cars fly through the parking lot there are a ton of cars that are broken, run down, wrecked that they say they would tow but never happens.

Great staff! Nice apartments! Different things for the residents to enjoy. Food trucks come every so often,bingo,weight room,pool,2 dog parks,coffeeavailable,aerobics room,pool table,so much more

Best apartments I have stayed in this far. Maintenance is excellent and so is the staff especially when you have a issue they come out the very next day or the same day depending on when you put your request in

Community is well maintained and clean. Coffee is delicious. Security is good. Only one bad thing is near by highway. It make a noisy a little .

Great house, all very new, clean and beautiful. Quiet condominium, gym and games room all new. It has a pet area and a car wash area. The lakes are beautiful and well cared for
