Property Ratings at Parc at Pooler
So far, despite minor issues with flooring and cabinets. I have been moving in pretty well. The leasing office staff are so wonderful and helpful. They make the process from applying to move-in day a breeze.
I love it, maintenance is always available when you need them. The landlords are always willing to help. Will recommend to anyone. The location is a super plus especially if you are someone that goes out of town a lot. The highways are right next to the apartments
I had such a great leasing experience from start to finish. The entire leasing team was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process, and they made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and made sure I fully understood every step. The approval process was surprisingly quick, which made moving in so much easier. When I arrived at the community, I was really impressed by how quiet and clean everything was. It already feels safe, peaceful, and well taken care of, which is something I really appreciate. The unit I moved into is even better than I expected—spacious, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, I’m genuinely happy with my decision and feel confident recommending this community to anyone looking for a nice, welcoming place to live.
Just arrived late Friday night, But the staff was very accommodating, made sure I had access to the gate and apartment. The apartment was very clean, the building smelled great, and was clean. Meeting the Staff this morning, but the process was easy. Thks in Adv.
Pretty nice. Pretty quiet people keep to selves has gym swimming pool pool table activities for the community every so often food truck every so often
The staff in the office were very welcoming and amazingly helpful! Was a great experience! The grounds are beautiful and I like that the area is gated. I am also amazed at all the wonderful amenities! I will love living here!
The noise level isn’t as bad as I expected, even with the apartments being right next to the highway. I don’t really mind loud noises anyway, and the neighborhood itself is very quiet.
The complex is nice. I love how it is a gated community and how we have different amenities. The car wash and valet trash are nice services. I also love how each building has elevators

The move in process was SO easy. The apartment is beautiful and the staff helped me pick an apartment that was within my budget AND bigger than I originally applied for. So far it’s beautiful and I love the apartment!
I’ve only been here a week and from what I can tell, the neighborhood, my neighbors are really nice people and I will enjoy living here. The apartment was clean, and the staff is very friendly.
For the most part its a pretty good apartment complex. The location is convenient. Everyone keeps to their selves. Staff is pretty good. Have a,few,good amenities

I’ve had a fantastic experience living at this apartment complex and happily give it 5 stars. The property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel like home. I like everything, but some of the electric car chargers are not working. I would appreciate it if you could fix it as soon as possible. Also, I would like to see some more chargers installed.

I truly believe this is the best apartment complex in the area. Management and maintenance is wonderful, it's always clean and has a great gym. The only down side is it's very noisy being right off of i16.

Overall a great place to live. The community is kept clean and the maintenance group and office group are on top everything. The only downside is sometimes the hallways have trash left by the neighbors and it stays there till someone else wants to clean it, so it can have a smell.

this is a great complex. not many noise disturbances. the elevator is very helpful and a plus. the buildings feel like you're walking through a hotel rather than just an apartment complex.

We started off a little slow due to the snow in Savannah but the staff is awesome. They made us feel like we belong. We also look forward to using the gym and yoga center.

the complex is pretty cool but I just moved in and I would say I’m a bit disappointed. The unit was not cleaned at all. The hallway steps and entry way is very rusted. When I did my tour I was taken through the elevator which is the cleanest way.

Move in day was terrible. Too much to type, but the leasing office already is aware of everything that was wrong. Apartment wasn’t move in ready it was very nasty and a lot of damage to keep it simple. Wasted money on a U-Haul truck that we didn’t get to use because we had to move everything in 3 days after we signed the lease of original move in day…

I've been living here for 4 months now and have had no issues, leasing office is easy to contact unlike most other apartments. Besides the sounds of the highway it's a pretty quiet complex. Lovely pool, gym, and gathering area at the leasing office.

We absolutely love our awesome apartment! Spacious, beautiful, state of the art amenities, clean, quiet and convenient area. Caroline and the staff have been extremely helpful and fabulous to work with. Moreover, their patience and professionalism left nothing to be desired. They anticipated all our needs and made themselves available to assist us every step of the way! As retirees, we plan on making Parc at Pooler our permanent home for many years to come!

Everybody is very helpful and friendly. The place is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. Don’t hear noise inside the apartment. The maintenance come next day or following day to fix things.

It great community, just wish they would do something about the trash policy and people putting their trash out days before pickup and all weekend..

Very good.! Friendly staff! Two dog parks,swimming pool, weight room, activity room,valet trash pickup. Monty activities every so often. Dog spa,conviently located.

Parc at Pooler is a beautiful, clean community. The apartment finishes are great and the community has wonderful amenities. The staff is great too!

Super nice employees and luxury apartments with great security features and amenities. It's always clean and I can never hear my neighbors. Smart technology is also within the homes.
