Good manager and maintenance. Conservice is a terrible process we have to deal with. They don't follow direction provided by property management.
I have never rented before, I love the freedom I have here. It’s awesome ,if I have a problem I get in touch with the management team and they truly care about me, and make sure I’m satisfied with the outcome. Owning a home was great for the season but I don’t miss being tied to it.
This is a heavenly place to live and enjoy living every single day. It is perfect for us in every way!!!

I love this place and the people who live here! I especially like being able to walk downstairs, no matter what the weather is, so I don't have to go outside--and have a conversation with anyone in the lounge. I love playing the piano in the lounge (except when people are playing cards-- that's just a polite thing to do), and the staff here is capable and positive.

Larry and I love living here in Paris apartments is the best thing that we've done in a long long time we've been living here for over a year now and look forward to more years to come the management team is excellent here the amenities is fabulous Amber that is in charge of the amenities she really does a great job as far as what she puts on here Natasha and Stella are awesome also and they go out of their way to help you in anything that you need here the maintenance team is phenomenal too and anytime you need anything fixed in your apartment or anything they're right there to help you!! Parasol apartments is it like living in a hotel with all the plush that you would like to have this is one beautiful place everyone needs to check it out!!

I doubt if you want to use this comment. Parasol has its pros and cons. Right now, the cons are winning. But then the very next day, Parasol redeems itself. I've only been here for 5 months. It may be too short a time to really evaluate living in Parasol.

Living at Parasol is like being on vacation everyday. We are close to the beach and have daily access to a lovely pool, plus a a pickleball court. We have activities daily that fit all the residents. The staff is a great team that works to provide a wonderful environment.

A/C broke down. Portable unit installed immediately until part came in. Everybody performed admirably! In house maintenance was exceptional calling in outside help to complete A/C repair.

Our apartment provides the space we love for the relax living style we like and, we have a cozy porch to enjoy our private garden. When feel like having an outdoors entertainment we just walk to the pool area and ease on reading, go in the pool or putting green area, which are our favorite outdoors activities. I love to participate in our weekly exercise activities. Such as Silver strength. Chair Yoga, Tai Chi, Water Arerobics, or just to the gym and do my routines.

I know that Parasol Melbourne was NOT originally built and equipped as a senior residence. Too many sharp corners, regular heights comodes, window controls that can only be reached by using a stepladder. Bath tubs in a bathroom instead of walk in showers.

I like it here. The staff and the other residents are friendly and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, but could use a few more deep drawers in the kitchen. When I moved in, I was wondering why there were no cabinets beneath both the kitchen and the bathroom sinks. It was never brought to my attention that this was a "wheelchair-accessible" apartment. It took me a while to figure that one out.

Bathroom sub-floor is such that most of the grout lines are cracked. Cheapest appliances installed. Refrigerator makes loud banging sounds every now and then. Sometimes I smell Freon. The apartment door from the hallway has a gap below it so sounds within your apartment, whatever they might be, be it your voice or dishes or silverware clanking, can be heard in the hallway. No sound abatement construction between adjacent apartments so you hear the snoring from next door. Walking down the hallway you can enjoy the activities within any of the other apartments. Heated pool temperature is too high for one to swim laps as part of a workout. I like the staff. Building facade looks nice. Bowling alley next door has some late night parking lot parties which required at two in the morning a call to the police.

Today it seems hard to find that perfect place to live. Well we finally found it at Parasol. The staff is very helpful. Thanks to Dina, Haley and Nancy. The residents are wonderful to spend time with while enjoying the amenities and activities.
After touring many Rental Facilities here in Brevard County, my Husband and I decided to choose Parasol Melbourne. Parasol Melbourne provided a professional staff, luxury units, a choice of activities to indulge in while socializing with others in your 55 plus age range.
