Property Ratings at Paradise Plaza Apartments
Not very organized in the office. What is the purpose of taking residence pictures when they are approved for these apartments? Personal info is not secured, even maintenance can access. Receptionist acts as if she know nothing about what goes on there, yet she lives on the property. Anyone can come in the office and open your packages and no one knows who. A broke down truck can sit in front of your residence, in your parking spot for 12 days, and after repeated request to have it removed. We have security? Where? There is little to no concern for residence security. They do not have an updated system to even print out receipts. They do not secure service entries to know who is in and out of them. What a joke! No one need to reply because it is not sincere! Correct the issues instead of making excuses to why they are.
A gated community means that you have a gate completely around the community and you need a code to get in, this is a one way in one way out community. There's been multiple shootings, fights and robberies. The "security cameras" are fake and don't work. The apartments just got painted on the outside the insides are not updated. There's roaches that aren't being sprayed for. The toilets leak. The work orders are not done in a timely manner if they're ever done at all. There's mold from the leaking of appliances. There's nothing good about these apartments/townhouses. Your best bet is to run not walk but run to any other place.
