Property Ratings at Monaco Isles
I’m not sure why they keep changing management. The only good management was had was when it was paradise Cove under Carl. We have gone through one management and it was horrible and now we have this new management where I call several several times during the day I leave voicemails I write things in the rent café portal no one gets back to you. No one has the decency to call you back. I’m not sure if they are afraid to call or even answer the phone when people have complaints because the first thing they direct you to is to the app. . I’m not sure what luxury they think these apartments have with the tile being as old as I do not know what. There’s several apartments in downtown West Palm that are cheaper than what these apartments are now going for. This is ridiculous.
Monaco Isle is an exceptional community! The property is well-maintained, and the staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The apartments are comfortable and modern, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I would highly recommend Monaco Isle to anyone searching for a great place to live.
My family and I have recently moved in to Monaco Isles to one of the new/renovated units and we are extremely happy here!
Living here has been such a great experience. The management is super friendly and always quick to help with anything, which honestly makes a huge difference. The neighbors are really nice—everyone says hello, and it feels like a community instead of just an apartment building. Amenities are top-notch: the gym is spotless, the pool is always well-maintained, and the lounge area is perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. 10/10 recommend!
I’ve had such a great experience lately at Monaco Isles! The new staff is absolutely amazing, they’re friendly, professional, and really go out of their way to help residents. You can tell they care about the community and are working hard to make positive changes. The property looks great, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the overall atmosphere feels so much better. Highly recommend checking this place out!
I've been living at Monaco Isles with my family (2 children under 7) for 4 years. Improvements throughout the property and the new manager has done a great job with taking care of any minor issues that come up. When I came up for renewal recently I looked at other apartments in town to see if anything was better but found nothing that came close. Overall, a great place to live with kids and the best in the area.
I’ve lived at this property for the past three years and have loved it. The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The community is well maintained, and management clearly takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. It’s been a great place to call home for me.
I visited this property last week after looking at it last year. So much better than when I had been before. A whole new team in the office that were super helpful, and brand new units being offered which were very nice. Looking forward to moving in here soon.

I been living here for a few months and does depend on the area your moving in. My area see the golf view and it’s quite and beautiful. Maintenance support is pretty good. Will lease again.
This apartment is not bad at all. Its gated and is located a few minutes away form the interstate which I love a lot! It is also very close to the newly built Palm Beach Outlets where there is a WholeFoods Grocery store. The apartment is just 1 exit away from down town. The apartment grounds are nice there is a tennis court and renovated gym. The complex is pet friendly which great. I'm very happy I moved here and can see myself living here for a while.
I'm new to this apartment complex. The grounds are kept up fairly nicely and I enjoy the quiet neighbors. I also highly enjoy the pet policy. As for the apartment, iv been here for about a year and things have been great. The only complaint I really have about my place is how long it takes to get things fixed. My tub started peeling and they resurfaced it after avout 3 weeks of constant requests. It also began peeling again so I put a bath mat down. Also my AC filter gets extremely dirty very fast. So I keep a spare filter for every 3 or 4 months
this community is great if you are a working class person. nice people live around here and its not loud and obscene. Pricing is good too for the "average joe".
