Panther Effingham Parc Apartments

This new app is not the move. Nowhere do i see anything that can help out like requesting maintenance for example. My dishwasher is currently out of service and not draining and i cant even send it to anyone.

I’ve been a pleasure line living here.. Some things can use some improvement. The staff is great.. I really appreciate that.. I would recommend Effingham Parc

We moved here from LAs Vegas NV to be closer to our daughter!!! And what a great move!!! So wonderful to be living here as we owned a house but feel so excited living here … the people in the office are so knowledgeable .. the young lady who was in charge of our admission was so wonderful.. the maintenance people so accommodating!!!Sam& Shirley

Effingham Parc is a great place to live. The office personnel and the maintenance staff are very friendly, helpful and just good people. All calls are returned promptly if you have to leave an msg and all service requests are processed very quickly. I feel very safe living out here, neighbors are friendly and respectful. Although I haven’t really used any of the properties amenities I know there are more than several offered. I’m considering checking out the gym that is on site real soon! This is my 5th year living here and I’m very happy with it! Oh, also it’s a very pet friendly community! MP & Ocho

Effingham Parc is a quiet and clean apartment complex with a professional office team and maintenance department. It has been a peaceful place to live over the last year.

It's perfect for me and my family. Didn't expect the doorway and stairs to be big enough for furniture, but I was pleasantly surprised and the amenities are a godsend for bored kids

The entire staff should be commended, for their professionalism, care and courtesy toward all residents. I am glad to be a part of this community.

We love living here. We need new carpet or floors. We've been here for going on 9 years living here. The staff are very polite. The property is kept up good. The maintenance guys are awesome. The front gates don't seem to work most if the time.

We pay too much to live here. The gate is always broken or someone breaks it and it is never fixed promptly. So much for the privacy…and the increase in the amenities, trash, and pest control is a little too much on top of the rent. There’s always pool problems during open season as well that I have noticed. Kids getting into things they shouldn’t and people leaving trash and large objects outside by the dumpster and it’s not a pretty sight. If you want to get your money’s worth, at least have everything you promise us in the lease so that we can get what we came here to pay for. There’s not many apartments out there that has a gate and that was one of the main reasons why I came in here to begin with.

I enjoy living in the community! I think the office staff do a really good job. I appreciate all the communication we receive when repairs are being done.

My husband and I moved into Effingham Parc a week after getting married in Nov. It was the best decision we could’ve done. Sadly I’ve had some issues with surrounding neighbors. But in all, I love taking walks, reading, and crocheting around the pond.

Office girl are the sweetest and move everything along very fast . I had a great move in and it was nice and easy, great place to live and also enjoy

The neighborhood is very inviting. It's really a place you can call home! The staff was very professional and a pleasure to work with. They were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions.

Grounds are looking good. All the staff are really nice. Maintainance guys are fantastic. Looking forward to another summer at the pool. Hopefully rent won't go up.

Tasheena Green at the office is exceptional. I can tell that this is the right place for my family to reside. She was very helpful with the entire process of applying and then getting moved in

Other than our above neighbor who is quite noisy it is a beautiful cozy spot. I love taking walks around the pond looking at the cute turtles and geese . Maintenance is also friendly and staff in front office is very inviting.

I continue to enjoy living in the community. The staff are great and always helpful. I appreciate the level of communication and understanding they have.

It has been a great experience living here so far. The community has been wonderful, the staff are absolutely amazing. I love that there’s ways the community can communicate in the community message boards.

Quiet and beautiful community. Easy going staff and maintenance. Very welcoming environment. Convient area near grocery stores, food, and shopping.

They respond to all needs and concerns quickly and do a good job making us feel heard and understood, they do everything possible to solve quickly and importantly.

Very good. It's peaceful,I love my bathroom so much. The guy and laundry room is pretty nice. My dog loves the park, and all of my friends are so jealous.

The best office staff I ever met enjoyed occasional talks with the ladies in the office. They're always nice. only issue is that we live in a gated community, but the gate is never operational

Peaceful and quiet community. Everyone is very friendly. The staff are helpful, courteous and professional. I love that there are so many amenities.

My husband and I moved in Nov 13th and we don’t have any complaints! It’s quiet and secluded. There’s a beautiful lake/pond we can walk around and a bench that we can sit and look out at.

So far so good, had a easy move in and office personnel are very helpful when in need of help! Love the place so far and definitely see myself staying more than a year especially do to my line of work

Maintenance team is awesome. Office staff pleasant. Nice neighbors. Love the pool. Wish the gate worked consistently. Can't really call it a gated community when over 50% of the time it doesn't work. Good location. We really like our apartment with attached garage!

Been here since 2018. It's comfortable and staff is helpful & friendly. Problems have always been addressed in a timely manner..landscaping could be a little better. All they seem to do is blow stuff around & on vehicles

The community is well maintained and the residents are respectful of each other. My favorite part is the walking trail that goes around the lake and I try to use it every day. The addition of the swings is truly amazing and offers more outdoor seating to relax and enjoy nature.

The apartment itself is amazing for what you pay for. The staff is incredible!! anytime I put in a work order. It’s always fulfilled within that week. I had my dishwasher break and they replaced the whole thing instead of trying super glue parts together like other places.

I am excited to share with you that I have now been a proud resident of this wonderful community for three years. My experience here has been nothing short of amazing! The neighbors are incredibly friendly, the office staff always greet me with a smile, and the maintenance team is both professional and efficient. It's truly a delight to come home to such a warm and welcoming environment every day. I absolutely love where I live, and I couldn't be happier. Here's to many more years of happiness in this fantastic community!

I love the place. It’s very nice and quiet. it’s very peaceful. I couldn’t ask for a better neighborhood. I would recommend anybody to come and stay.

Living here at Effingham Parc is nice, very clean and very quiet complex most of the time. I like the fact that grocery stores and restaurants are with in 5 minutes away. It's a gated complex most of the time. But all in all, me and my husband both love here and we love our unit, very spacious and lots of room. I would recommend anyone to come by and see it for yourself. Don't go by what you read but see in person.

Best place to live for almost 5 years. Nice office staff that care about the residents. The gym is very nice and so is the pool. I am glad I chose to stay.

I like living here, even more so now that the gate has been fixed. I don't like paying for trash pick up that is sporadic and i wish people would do a better job cleaning up after their pets, I do enjoy that I feel safe and secure in my surroundings and I feel that the staff her are amazing!!

My family’s stay at Effingham Parc has been really good and enjoyable for the most part aside from our unruly neighbors upstairs but that’s besides the point. All in all it is a great community with nice and polite people and a safe and friendly environment for our daughter and for our 2 fur babies to be happy and grow up in. From going to a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom it has been a nice stay overall just hope prices do sky rocket to high when everyone is getting ready to renew.

The move in was such a great and smooth process. The complex is very welcoming and we are very excited to be here! We are so thankful for Tashina! She did such an amazing job and was extremely helpful!

Feel like my service requests get “put off.” After putting in request have had to call and constantly follow up on them . Have just recently had this problem.
