Panama City Beach is a coastal city with beautiful white-sand beaches – it’s what they’re known for! It’s a vacation destination on the Gulf, referred to as PCB (by the tourists, anyway). The city is located on the Florida Panhandle with miles of beachfront activities. To many it’s a spring break hotspot but to you, it is home. Pier Park is an upscale outdoor mall with a variety of shops and eateries. Sometimes there will be live music playing in the background as you shop and dine your way through.
When you live in PCB, you’ll have an abundance of water activities, such as parasailing and boating, at your fingertips. A variety of amusement parks call this place home. Visitors and locals alike enjoy the dolphin exhibit at Gulf World Marine and splash zones at Shipwreck Island. If golf is more you thing, Panama City Beach has it too. Numerous seaside restaurants are in walking distance of area apartments.

Property Ratings at Panama Flats
I feel more comfortable and more at home at this property than any other community I've been a part of. Couple of minor things that could be improved but still far better than other places I've lived. Neighbors are friendly. Love the beach access. Property is well maintained and my service requests have been addressed very quickly.

Security gates around pool have been broken for 3 months. Received repeated assurances that the “parts were on order”. Last date given for repair to be complete was April 23rd. As of 5/7, gates remain broken. Dogs, including a German shepherd, roam the complex UNLEASHED in violation of the rental agreement, running up to unsuspecting residents in the parking lot. These issues NEVER arose prior to the sale of the property to an out of state company last November. I LOVED THIS COMPLEX WHEN I MOVED IN! Sadly, the management team who ran it quit when the new owners took over. Dog wash area unkempt, security gates not working, dogs roaming the grounds, security lights out around the property, etc has created a mass exodus of tenants.

Panama Flats has been my favorite apartment complex that I have ever been to. The property was thoughtfully designed and allows a significant amount of privacy in the courtyard area. I love the private boardwalk straight to th le beach, the property is well-maintained, and it looks like a resort. My neighbors are all great, and there is a great community here and so many friendly people. I love living here.

Moved in a few weeks ago and already feel more at home than the other place i stayed in before here. Place is friendly and quite but like a community as everyone always says hi. I love been able to walk about the complex and sit outside in the evenings just reading a book or watching tv in the pool area. Gym hasn’t been full yet when I have gone which means a great session can be gotten. So far I love it here ??

The staff has been great so far. They were very nice and friendly. The apartment is amazing. It's very spacious, with lots of cupboard and storage space. Our view of the ocean is great, and it's just a short walk to the beach.

Less than 2 months of living here we discovered mold in our apartment. We reported it however, it keeps reoccurring, damaging our personal items. Also, my apt always smells musty, its worst when we’re gone for a full day then return. There are no fans or lights in the bedroom so prepare to buy both, incase there is poor circulation of air in your apt like ours. I deeply regret living here. The property is nice and well kept, and close to the beach sells, but having to constantly worry about mold is not worth it.

My daughter and I moved here all the way from Illinois! We were a little nervous and anxious about how we would be welcomed in the community but everyone has been so amazing! Great and convenient place to call home. My only issue would be the hallways in the my building are never cleaned, it seems as if there’s doggy bags flying around and garbage cans out all the time

I just moved into Panama Flats a few weeks ago and I am absolutely loving it! The location is unbeatable - it's just minutes away from the beach. The floor plans are spacious and comfortable, which is great for when I have guests over. Plus, I'm so happy that they have a dog park and are super pet-friendly. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing customer service. Gray was my leasing consultant and he went above and beyond for me all the way from the application process and answering all of my questions to move-in day! He is a true asset to the community and if you are in the search for an apartment and go by Panama Flats, be sure to ask for Gray and he will take great care of you!! I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a great place to live.. yes, I said community!! This is now home!!

The property here at Panama Flats is beautiful and well maintained. There is always a grill or green egg available to use and corn hole boards to play on. If your not into food and fun where you live, there is always an open hammock for when you come home from dinner at one of the many restaurants around us!

The amenities and the complex is absolutely beautiful!! There’s nothing you don’t get on your list of wants here from the in unit washer dryer, dishwasher, stainless appliances, granite counters, pool, dog park, fitness center, walk to the beach, grills, hammocks, it’s got it all! However, the move in process became frustrating when there was only one staff member on my move in day resulting in over an hour wait to be helped and requiring me to have to delay my movers. The floors and shower were also dirty when I moved in. Other than that, the apartment is great so far!

Beautiful, friendly, and safe living community that is central to the best parts of Panama City Beach. A 5 minute private boardwalk to the beach is my favorite part of the complex.

I'm into my second year here at Panama Flats and couldn't be happier. The management and office staff are true gems and work hard to make our home safe, fun, and beautiful. The maintenance staff is on top of their game and respond quickly to all requests! The property is kept clean including the walkways, the stairs, the pool, all the amenity areas are well maintained! The recent addition of a resource officer is awesome because it assures me of my safety - and minimizes the potential for any riff-raff at the pool or clubhouse. My apartment is still awesome, I have had no problems with anything breaking down. I LOVE the location! Being at the beach is why I moved here, but my neighbors, the management, the staff and my apartment is what keeps me here.

Great place to live!!! The staff, convenient location, unbelievable amenities and layout of the apartment are all amazing! The common areas are well maintained and kept very clean. We love the walkways to the beach - they are secure, well lit and even have music! The staff are very friendly, responsive and strive to keep Panama Flats a great community to live in.

The noise from my upstairs neighbors is awful!! I wish when constructing the apartments they had poured concrete between each floor. I think that would have substantially reduced the noise between floors. We hear EVERY footstep they take. . . ALL DAY, EVERY DAY! It also causes us to be very selfconscious when walking inside our apartment because we know the downstairs neighbor can hear us. The staff, location, amenities and layoff of the apartment are all amazing!!! The common areas are will kept and clean. There is plenty of parking. The walkways to the beach are awesome - secure, lighted and even have music.
Loving it here! Nice, quiet, everyone has been very friendly. The staff is helpful. The grounds are well kept. We enjoy the pool and bbq areas.

We love living here. Awesome amenities. Friendly staff and residents. 500 steps to beach and less to beautiful pool. They have a dog park, valet garbage, gym, garages and storage.

Needs to be cleaned & pressure washed on the floors. To be a new place it’s very dirty . Not appealing to friends when they come visit . Cheaper places are much cleaner for what the price is here .
Love the amenities and location. Only a 6 minute walk to the beaches! So far the staff has been friendly and any maintenance requests have been resolved quickly.

Hoping for the best! So far so good, this place is beautiful a well gated community the weather is phenomenal! I've seen little lizards frogs turtles so far and the ocean is beautiful what more can I ask for.

Great experience, everything was fast and straightforward. The staff is friendly, the maintenance is fast, the gym is huge and well equipped. Not to mention it’s hardly a 5 minute walk to the beach. Best place ever.

We have now lived here for 7 months and continue to enjoy living here. The grounds are kept immaculate. Parking is adequate. Garbage pickup is a convenient feature; garbage bins are set outside your front door from Sunday through Thursday (5 days a week). Getting to the beach's shoreline is an easy 7 minute walk. We enjoy watching a good number of dogs being walked while sitting on our balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard/pool area. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is fantastic. Staff is friendly.

We love our apartment and the distance away from the beach. It was nice the management team also worked with us to extend the lease a couple more months to help us figure out our next move.
I love living at Panama Flats Resort Apartments. I just renewed my lease for another year. The amenities are great; love the pool, gym, party/recreation room and the gym. The grounds are lovely and it truly feels like we live in a resort. The staff are amazing (especially Scott) and we have felt welcome since the day we moved in. Come see it for yourself!
