Palomar is an exceptional property. The close location to absolutely everything is such a plus, along with the awesome office staff and maintenance team that goes above and beyond for all residents, even visitors!!

I love Palomar's proximity to the grocery store, fast food, and the fun things south Tyler has to offer. They also have an awesome dog park, and I am excited to check it out! I just moved here and everything looks great so far. The pool is beautiful, the community is nice, and the gate makes me feel very safe!

I’ve been living at Palomar for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s a great place to call home. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the complex is always well maintained. I want to give a special shoutout to David from the maintenance team. He has been a tremendous help, especially during a week when I had multiple issues. When our dryer stopped working, he promptly ordered a new one, and the very next day, he fixed the outlet. He also listened to my concerns about the A/C and took measures to ensure it was addressed. Overall, the responsiveness and care from the staff really make living here enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for two years and The employees are incredible. I want to shout out the maintenance men for all of their hard work and especially for David. It wouldn’t be the same without him. You will never find yourself in a situation when David is around.

Front office and maintenance staff is INCREDIBLE here. From my first tour, to setting up utilities, to moving in this is the best apartment I have ever lived at. Maintenance requests are filled within a couple business hours and sometimes MINUTES!! I am only here for the summer and will actually be very sad to leave this management team (especially Dave the maintenance man).

Hi, my name is Yoda! I have lived at pawlomar for five years and love my apartment even when my mom is gone. I feel comfortable and love saying hi to all my dog pals. I occasionally go to the dog park but the fake dogs kinda scare me so I stay away. However, I really love the front office because they give me cookies. The neighbors are friendly, they are always wagging their tails!

The Office Management and Maintenance staff here always surprise me by going above and beyond my expectations with their professional attitude and quick response to any questions or maintenance requests. Thoroughly enjoy living here. The pool is beautiful and well maintained, and the large dog park is a huge bonus to find in apartment complexes.

I lived here for almost 4 years. It’s a very quiet, clean, friendly community. I have met neighbors and made friends. I love the leasing managers, especially Lacey. She’s always sweet.

Management can always make or break your apartment experience and the Management and Maintenance staff here are extremely responsive, polite and friendly. The premises are kept up well and the DogPark is THE BEST I found. I feel safe walking my dog in the neighborhood with lots of businesses with well lit parking lots close by: fast food, Starbucks, Walmart Market, banks. Have been here 4 years.

I can’t say enough great things about these apartments. I feel super safe, and everything is always very well kept.

I’ve spent 4 years at Palomar and finally have to say my goodbyes due to relocation with my job. I have exactly 0 complaints. The front office treats you as person, and not just a customer. I’ve never had to wait an extended period of time for maintenance requests, they are constantly improving utility options and providing top notch amenities. Safety has never been an issue and the sense of community between tenants is great. I will miss these apartments dearly and I’m happy for anyone that chooses to spend time here at Palomar. - Caleb

A great place to live overall. It’s safe with a reliable community. The staff is so friendly when they see me taking the trash they offer to take it the rest of the way for me. It’s in a great location with many restaurants, fast food and grocery stores a walk away. I highly recommend it.

Just filed a request to change lightbulb and electrical fixture. Was fixed before I got back home!!! Thank you David and Palomar Staff! If I get a job outside of Tyler, I will still live here! Awesome staff that takes care of their residents!!

Palomar is excellent in ALL ways! From the office staff to the maintenance crew to the property, they can't be beat! I would recommend everyone to move to Palomar!

It’s Awesome. The staff are very nice. The assistant manager really helped me when transitioning to my new apartment. The grounds are kept clean and the pool glistens. Great digs!

The staff has always been professional and very friendly.. Repairs were always done on a timely manner. Quite nice, safe place to live in South Tyler. Thank you to Lacey, David and the other staff members for making a pleasant stay while I was here. Also the dog park was amazing and my dogs loved it!

We love it at Palomar. It's very quiet, the staff is amazing and extremely responsive. And did I mention how quiet it is? :) Moved here this year from out of state and we love it!

Located in one of the most convenient locations in Tyler, you'll have everything you need within a 5 minute drive. There is nothing to complain about living here. It's a move you won't regret!

The Palomar is its own little Oasis. The staff is friendly and take great care of you and the place. I love living on the third floor. It might seem counterintuitive but you have a great view and lots of privacy and security. So whats a few stiars. I have an awesome view of the pool and opposite from the dog park. With two dogs, this is the best dog park in town at almost an acre. The walls are really thick here and you don't hear your neighbors. And the residents are really considerate. And just outside the gates is a McD and other places to catch a quick bite or coffee as you leave. What can be better than that!

Palomar has an awesome staff that wants the resident experience to be second to none. The property is meticulously maintained inside and out. The maintenance team, when needed, is quick to respond and solution-oriented. The clubhouse is a great place to hang out with friends and relax. Speaking of relaxing, the pool is so much fun with many amenities. My experience at the Palomar has been nothing less than amazing and surpasses my expectations from an apartment community.

I'm a current resident and so far everything has been excellent. Grounds are meticulously maintained and the units are spacious, efficiently designed and well built. The staff is kind and friendly. Best total package in town, full stop.

Stay away from this property!! The staff has no personality and the manager is very disrespectful. I have NEVER seen a business run poorly as this one. STAY AWAY!!!

I loved this apartment complex. It's got washer & dryer, spacious rooms, & a friendly maintenance man, Paco. However, I am upset about all the traffic! There is a new McDonald's right in front of the apartment. There is also new construction going up, which is rumored to be a Walmart. If I am paying for "luxury" I would like to have it without the side of fries & a line full of cars blocking the only exit out of my apartment.

This is the perfect apartment for someone right out of college. I am a school teacher and don't have time to take care of a yard and maintenance. At Palomar, I get the luxurious feeling of having a home without those added things! The management and maintenance here are wonderful! One time my air stopped working and the maintenance man came after hours and worked until it was fixed! The pool is beautiful and relaxing and the gym is an awesome place to work out. I plan on living here until I start a family and get a home of my own. This is the perfect apartment!

I enjoy living at Palomar. Moved here from The Cascades and I definitely see the difference. Office staff is Great and very helpful. Apartments are very large and newly established. No loud noise or college partying! Covered parking and garages are available. Beautiful landscaping all around you. Very nearby to all shopping malls, Restuarants, and grocery stores. Pricey...but hey luxury costs. And your gonna pay for what you love and deserve. #quality #upscaled living
