Property Ratings at Palms Cabanas
The kitchen was consistently infested with roaches. We had to keep our food in ziploc bags & containers. We were told they were going to spray for bugs often & in the one year I was there, they came maybe 1 or 2 times. The fire alarms are also extremely sensitive. Since the stoves are of gas, we couldn’t cook without the alarm going off & scaring our dogs. Spoke to maintenance & he told me he disconnected his (which isn’t allowed on the lease). Now that I have moved out, Im having trouble getting my refund back. They gave me about 200 out of the 700 deposit & they can’t even get back to me about their reasoning. I’ve been contacting the office consistently.
