Property Ratings at Palmetto Gardens and Willwood Gardens
Units are currently being renovated to early 2000’s look. Maintenance is not available after hours/weekends. Unless you call multiple times, your maintenance needs won’t get helped. The structure of the buildings is very questionable and not well insulated (winters will make your energy bills high) As far as crime, is below average. Not many trouble maker neighbors. Complex manager does answer emails/calls and is friendly… but tends to be reminded constantly of issues since she’s super busy with 2 complexes to manage. Otherwise it’s a decent place for first time renters. Not for the price though.
There's been issue after issue at this place and no one seems to care. Maintenance is not reliable and never available on the weekends. Come here as a last resort. Seriously.
I have been trying to call this apartment complex and have yet been able to get in contact. This is ridiculous. Very unprofessional

Townhouses are much smaller than the apartments when it’s comes to sections of different rooms in the house. Ask if apartments are available instead.
The apartments and townhouses are a dump. I lived there for 6 weeks and my townhouse leaked the entire time. I have emails since I moved in going back and forth about how there maintenance repaired the leaks. Townhouse had mold and mildew. THEY DID NOTHING. There suggestion was for me to move if I didn't like it. I MOVED. Now they refuse to give me back my deposits. I had a $300 pet deposit and they are keeping that and charging me another $125 for pet treatment but wont send me proof. Best thing to do is run and not live here. ITS A DUMP!!!!
I ? the peace and quiteness. The landlord is very nice and will look out for you. Ms.Wanda is a good professional person. Love her and my place Been here almost 3 yrs.
The landlord is very transparent, professional, Respectable, kind, and trustworthy. She looks out for her tenants and anyone that is in the application process. She did not give me the run around or false information. She got me approved the same day without any waits or delays. I recommend palmetto gardens to anyone that is truly in need of a place to stay hassle free.
I've been living here for quite a while now and love where live. The new manager is helpful and really keep things together on the property. She does more than we've ever had before in a manager and I'm glad she's here. Always helpful and willing to go out of their way for you here.
This place is crap cant get a maintenance man to fix problems the manager of the complex is never in shes rude and dont care. DONT MOVE IN HERE I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT
