It has a on-site laundry room, very large Courtyard, been living in studio apartment for 5 1/2 years, and in all that time the rent was raised only one time I been living here(raised it by +$60 after 5 years) , Utilities included with rent, Gas, Electric , water. And the apartments come partially furnished(refrigerator and microwave oven). The studio apartments are very small. (A room at the Motel-6 is slightly bigger) but I live by myself.
Units are a bit small, but I love how they are remolded regardless of the size or year they were built. My unit has new cabinets, a ceiling fan, brand new carpet and appliances. The managers really take care of this building and are always there when you have an issue. Its a shame some people don't respect the rules and when the manager has to put her foot down they bad mouth her. she's such a sweet young professional woman. if I move I wish I could have her be my manager there! I love that management has events for the children like Halloween they go all out for the kids, its amazing! As for pest I don't have an issue and fro what I noticed you only have an issue if your dirty, stay clean and you will be just fine!
This apartment complex is great they have studios and one bedroom rent is reasonable we have lots of erea for the kind to play plus 2 water fountain
I've lived here for the past 3 years and it's a peaceful apartment complex. The management does a good job of getting rid of the bad tenants and maintaining the landscaping. The security gates are a huge plus for me. The liquor store is is pretty much part of the apartment ccomplex with a nail salon barber shop and a bunch of fast food places are very close by.
The complex is gated and has secured parking area. Location is accessible to Metro Buses. Clean & well-maintained. But laundry room needs to be updated with new washer & dryer.
