Too many smokers out by the lake smoking cigarettes and marijuana during evening time by the grills/ bench. Also, speaking of grills, the grills by the pool 1 and 2 are ALWAYS out of propane. Just an inconvenience when I have to go out and buy my own propane just to grill. No one periodically checks it. Very unfortunate considering it is summer and grilling season.

The maintenance is very quick and communicative, so that's a really good experience that I hope everyone in this community applauds. The price of the rent is way too high, that part definitely makes us lean to leaving this community

Moved into new unit 6/4 and the place is has a major cockroach infestation!!! Unacceptable and disgusting. The manager was aware of the issue prior to us moving in and didn't inform us of this issue. It's been 5 days and no action has been taken despite notifying management. They're everywhere

The community is nice and beautiful, the pool and the gym is well maintained. However i will say the apartment itself is not the best, and the fee is outrageous and they don’t tell you. Never seen fee that is as high as here.

Renewing & transferring my lease was a taxing process. I had been here 3 years and had to pay a $1k fee because my lease wasn’t up yet. When I moved to the new unit, it was dirty, outdated and overall poor condition. Appliances were scratched up and very old.There was black residue on the baseboards throughout the apartment. Overall, very disappointing.

Good overall. Well kept grounds. No trash on grounds. Quick maintenance on most issues. Gym could be cleaner. People don’t follow pool rules. Makes it very undesirable to go.

Thank you for the major improvement with not having garbage at the mailbox area. Just need the common area for the apartment entrance doors kept garbage free. I would think garbage on the floor will promote bugs and rodents into the apartments.

Well maintained grounds. Walking path around lake is great. Pet friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love having an attached garage. Wish the washer and dryer were in the apartment, rather than the garage. Kitchen is outdated but definitely functional.
