Moved into new unit 6/4 and the place is has a major cockroach infestation!!! Unacceptable and disgusting. The manager was aware of the issue prior to us moving in and didn't inform us of this issue. It's been 5 days and no action has been taken despite notifying management. They're everywhere

The community is nice and beautiful, the pool and the gym is well maintained. However i will say the apartment itself is not the best, and the fee is outrageous and they don’t tell you. Never seen fee that is as high as here.

Renewing & transferring my lease was a taxing process. I had been here 3 years and had to pay a $1k fee because my lease wasn’t up yet. When I moved to the new unit, it was dirty, outdated and overall poor condition. Appliances were scratched up and very old.There was black residue on the baseboards throughout the apartment. Overall, very disappointing.

Good overall. Well kept grounds. No trash on grounds. Quick maintenance on most issues. Gym could be cleaner. People don’t follow pool rules. Makes it very undesirable to go.

Thank you for the major improvement with not having garbage at the mailbox area. Just need the common area for the apartment entrance doors kept garbage free. I would think garbage on the floor will promote bugs and rodents into the apartments.

Well maintained grounds. Walking path around lake is great. Pet friendly and welcoming. Absolutely love having an attached garage. Wish the washer and dryer were in the apartment, rather than the garage. Kitchen is outdated but definitely functional.

Too many smokers and residents who don't not pick after their dogs. The walk way has dog poo and duck poo all around. There's no consequences or accountability for those who smoke openly in the verandah throughout the day. They don't even hide or care.
It’s a pretty good place to live it’s just that for certain buildings parking is hard to find after a certain time also the gym is decent but it gets crowded during the afternoon.

it’s a very lively place there’s allot of activities to do an also the food trucks that’s are conveniently there so you don’t have to go out to eat

Maintenance calls are answered quickly. Office staff is the best and professional. Rent is a bit high but where is it not in S. FL Amenities are great! Convenient to schools, retail stores, groceries, gas stations and highways.

Ok place. Amenities are cool but a little high on price in comparison to other more upscale places. It's also supposed to be a non smoking community but a lot of smoking going on.

We are very happy with our home here at Palm Trace Landings . It is clean and enjoyable to walk around outside . It’s like living in a park. When we submit a work order the staff are fast to respond and friendly. I love that it is a family friendly atmosphere and also very peaceful.

Rent prices are way too expensive. Parking sucks. Mail room is annoying. Management is helpful but a lot of the concerns are out of their hands.

Love the Great location, good schools, great shops nearby. Spacious apartments and fast maintenance support. Pet friendly and Great amenities too. Gave it a 4 because I've had a hiccup with one of the staff members from the office.

Love this place! I’ve been here for a couple months now and I have no complaints thus far even all the other dogs are good and the neighborhood I walk my dogs every day

I just moved here this month and I absolutely love it, everything is quiet, lots of kids and families around, pets, my roommate has done about 20 maintenance requests and they have came and fixed every single one of them within the first couple of weeks, honestly these first few weeks it has been the best experience

Palm tree landings is a great community to be a part of it is a five minute walk to Westport plaza there is a Publix and also a Chinese restaurant
