Since moving in 6 months ago we have had the pleasure of dealing with non stop cockroaches, neighbors AirBnB out their apartment constantly to vacationers who come to party, front gate closed for 4 months, the pool and hot tub are always down, my rent has gone up every month since moving in. Turns out their was a leak in the wall yet I received no credit towards my water bill. To top it off had a family emergency and parents had to come watch kid for the night. Wake up in the morning and my parents car was towed because it wasn’t “registered” in. This place has been such a headache since the week we moved in. WE CAN NOT WAIT TO LEAVE

Very VERYYYYYYYYYY ghetto!! Would NOT recommend it!! If I could leave no stars I would. Walls are PAPER thin!!! Neighbors have door wars, get upset because one person slammed their doors! Weed, Black N Mild Smells everywhere. Can’t wait until the lease is over!

I have lived at Palm Ranch for almost two years and I love it. Maintenance staff is quick and responsive, grounds are beautiful, and apartments have everything you need. If thats isn't enough, the entire rental process is made so much easier with the amazing leasing team. Melissa is incredible and will help you with anything you need. I just send her an email and things are quick and simple. She has made my move to South Florida easy and hassle free. You should check this place out. You wont regret it!

We have lived in Florida for a year and our first apartment was a rush but I took time out to look this year at apartments. Doug was fabulous. He showed us the property, he lets us roam on the patio while he handled another guest who was applying. We were impressed with everything. So we decided on the smaller 2 bedroom... it is BEAUTIFUL... Stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, his and her closets (I really needed my own)... Dual sinks in master, nice blinds that werent molded... no carpet in sight!!!! I am IN LOVE with this place... thank god for decent apartments.. cant wait to enjoy all of the events and a HUGH THANK YOU for the move in gift... a Echo Dot!

Tammy is always available when I have a question or a concern. She is always cheerful and professional. She always make sure that the grounds are well cared for and that the residents are satisfied. As a retired school teacher, I know how difficult it is to manage a classroom of 30 young adults so I know how hard it must be to manage adults in eight different buildings. But she does it and with a smile. The other day I retrieved toys in the Jacuzzi even though time and time again we receive notifications not to have children in the hot tub. From the time that I moved in I noticed that some residents do not appreciate the beauty of the space they live in and do not feel responsible to keep unit up. It is a shame, because it makes it bad for all of us. As a community we should all work together as it takes a village to raise one person. See Something Say Something and be a part of the solution.
I have lived here now for well over 6 months, great place to live. Centrally located, shopping for everyday living is near and easily accessed. Property is well maintained, maintenance responds quickly. Like any rental property there are those that don't follow the rules. The property manager and her staff address the issues in a timely manner and is often resolved in no time. If someone is complaining here is because they are the culprit of some of the issues. I make it a point to be involved in where I live, when I see comments that are concerning I address them with the office and these are often cement from residents that are the culprit of the issue themselves.
I moved here October 2016 and I live in building 7. I do not have any complaints with my apartment or building. My neighbors in building 7 are great no loud noise, no noisy neighbors and no issues with barking dogs. I have a relaxing view of the lake and I walk my dog around the lake daily or at times put my beach chair around the lake and just relax after a long day at work. Tammy (mgt) and staff are pleasant and very welcoming towards me. Palm Ranch of Davie have little events for us like food trucks who comes monthly, wine and cheese night or little stuff for kids and pets. I am a real renter, I am not planning to move until I buy a house next year.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT HELP YOU AND WHEN YOU BRING MATTERS TO THIER ATTENTION, THEY HIRE AN ATTORNEY AND SEND THREATENING LETTERS! PLEASE, THERE ARE SERIOUS ISSUES HERE AND I HAD NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BUT TO MOVE. NO ONE HERE WILL HELP YOU! THEY DID DEACTIVATE THIER FACEBOOK PAGE BECAUSE THERE ARE MANY, MANY, MANY TENANTS COMPLAINING!!!!!! THEY HAVE ISSUES WITH LIGHTING IN THE DEVELOPMENT, ITS IS SO DARK SOME NIGHTS THAT I CANT DRIVE MY CAR IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO, ALL MY PACKAGES ARE STOLEN AND WHEN I PUT A CAMERA OUTSIDE MY DOOR, I GET A LETTER FROM THE LAWYERS.
We are moving here soon!!! And we are so excited!! Danny welcomed us with open arms and helped us with everything!! He was amazing!
