Don’t move there

Properties that maintain or taking care of, multiple facilities don’t work over or are out of work like the gym, car wash station, second pool, the grills are absolutely disgusting, dog park is full of ants and trash. We have a gate that doesn’t close and we have people breaking into our cars and management has done nothing about it. Can’t forget about work orders… they put completed but don’t actually fix the issue.

Do your research before you decide to move in

I've lived in this complex for almost eight years. Two years ago, a new owner took over, and since then, there have been four different management companies and more than a handful of managers and assistant managers. There has been no consistent maintenance team in the last two years, meaning that apartment issues often go unresolved for days or even weeks. While the newer apartments may look nice, the level of service does not match the price you're paying. One of the most serious issues is the lack of proper lighting outside at night, which is extremely dangerous. I have been asking for over two years for someone to fix the lights, and nothing has been done. The sidewalks are cracked and uneven, and despite repeated promises to repair them—promises made since I moved in—no work has been done. This makes walking around the complex at night very risky. You're forced to choose between walking on dark, broken sidewalks or risking your safety on the road,

Hi, we work hard to provide a fantastic experience to everyone. It's discouraging to see that you had a negative experience. To shed a bit of light on the increased utility, what you may not have noticed is that the service dates are for 1.5 months as a true up for the months that we did not charge utilities during the transition. Utility bills will stabilize to normal service days in March/April. We will investigate the \"amenity fee\" double charge, so thank you for bringing it to our attention. In regard to trash, we have changed the schedule to accommodate what works best for the community as a whole, adjusting to a Friday night pick up. We appreciate the residents that ensure they keep their community clean and allow us opportunities to give more time to directly servicing the resident needs. STAY AWAY

The WORST management ever. Gate is always open, never closed, pool doors fully open at the first pool (doors barely hanging), fence is broken so people from near by places come to the community to use pool and gym. Now because everything is open homeless people come there and use pool and hang out there. There is a huge parking problem. There is trash problem, I’ve seen several mouses lately . Oh if you will have maintenance request, forget about it, they will either never come or will come take a look and say they will fix but it will never happen. This community got new management and guess what? It’s awful. We’ve got mold and been telling them for the past few months about it and nothing is done. There is bees on the balcony, it flies to the townhouse, they never fixed this issue. Got roaches, we had to wait more than a month for pest control to show up. Person from pest control told us we will be having roaches because the bottom of the cabinets is rotten, have some water and it’s perfect living conditions for roaches. There was a leak never fixed.. AC was leaking they came twice and it’s still leaking. This community will put some paint on the walls so you do not see mold just give it a little time it will show up and they will do nothing about it. Believe me there is good communities, but Preserve definitely not the one. STAY AWAY!!!

Stay away!!!!

I regret to say that my experience with this apartment complex has been disappointing due to their consistent failure to address and fix repairs promptly. This lack of responsiveness has made my living situation less than satisfactory. They claim luxury, that is a lie. They claim to be a gated community, I have never seen that gate close. Stay away Presevre at Deercreek is not what it is portrayed as.

Generally a good place to live. The neighbors are OK, the community is pretty safe, the maintenance is top-of-the-line. Those guys do a great job. The front office staff is usually good but they’ve had some problems. For what you were getting it’s a little over priced so I’d recommend doing some research but the wise good.

We love the little events that you provide. We haven’t been able to make many but it’s nice to know we can if our schedule allows. The food trucks are a plus because not everyone can cook a homemade meal and fast food gets old quickly!

The community is pretty quiet and calm in general. Some people leave trash outside in the parking lot, but the management try to maintain everything pretty neat. It feels secure, but would't mind if the gates were working.

This place has been very good for a first apartment. They are clean and quiet. I have enjoyed being here these last 2 years. I definitely recommend them. They are very spacious. The amenities are good. Love having the pools and gym on premises. The office tries to have many community events.

Still no gate and we live in a gated community. We just got our renewal and we have to make a decision within two weeks or else it’ll go up. Two weeks isn’t sufficient for anyone to decide if they’re moving. This place is a trap. Don’t move here.

This is a great place to live! It's $$, but for the area, it's honestly pretty reasonable. Cool property with a lot of green, Tennis court and soccer pad. Needs a basketball goal (or at least I haven't found it). Small dog park, but it's close, included, and it's big enough to run out a bit of energy. Two pools, with a few grills. Lots of pool chairs, tables, and umbrellas, well maintained. The pond in the middle is pretty with a walking path around it; it also makes for a nice flood reservoir. Location is awesome. Right next door to Target, Hobby Lobby, and PetCo (also Starbucks, TD Bank, and a Mobil in the same parking lot), across the street from a NAPA, Aldi, and on the corner with Publix, and the Deerfield Mall. Quiet Waters park is half a block away, 15 minutes to the beach, 20 in traffic. 30 minutes to Delray, 40 to West Palm. Absolutely love living here!

A bit expensive for what you get but maybe that’s just the times. Pools often have raccoon or dog poop around. The trash issue that builds up massively at the trash area is horrible! And the valet trash is nice but lots of liquid trash and dirt get left in the halls between apartments and it never gets cleaned.

I moved in 2 days ago and have a roach problem, very upsetting. Not the way I wanted to start out at my new development. Plus moved in and apartment had a few problems besides roaches.

Apartment was not ready to be rented AT ALL. Very thin walls so you hear people up and down the stairs. Layouts are nice and a decent size. Appliances are out dated

I think the place is great, the only thing is I think parking sometimes is not practical when it comes to parking late. You can’t find parking so I think it would be best to have your own assigned parking and have guests parking in case you have guests

So we’re never going to be a gated community. It’s been years since we were given these little plastic things to get inside the complex. Trees don’t get maintained but dudes in tree booms come yo take coconuts from them. It’s so dirty here. The garbage compactor is always full. People leave their liquor bottles everywhere and it smells like pee. Live where we live. Can’t wait to move.

Not enough parking. Come home in the evening and there is no where to park! Why? The garbage situation is disgusting when everyone piles their garbage at the dumpster and the garbage company leave’s garbage around the community.

My apartment i like just because i make it mine but everything else about the community sucks. Had raccoons and still have raccoons living in my attic and of course they don’t do anything about it, gate has been opened for aver 1yr, stairs are disgusting, and so much more.
