Palm Gate Apartments

I moved here a few weeks ago and i am so happy with my decision, i love the bbq and the pools. Especially right now that it is hot summer days. I will definitely continue to refer my friends and family here. Rosa and crystal have helped me through the moving process, Liviu is also very professional and kind.,

I recently moved into my apartment, Crystal was very helpful and professional with the entire process. My apartment was clean when I moved in, I enjoy the pools and the garage i feel my vehicle is always safe. Liviu and Rosa are both very helpful and welcoming, paying rent online has made life much easier for me! I am very happy with my apartment, if you are looking for a nice affordable apartment in LA this is the community for you, don't forget to ask for Crystal!

We went in looking for an apartment thankfully Crystal was able to help us find exactly what we needed. We had gone to other apartments and she was by far the nicest most informative agent we had the please of being assisted by, we applied for apartment and we can’t wait to move in! Liviu and Rosa are also very welcoming and professional, thank you all!

First of all they never clean, they have no real security, when I lived there they stole our family car 2 times in property and the office would be non responsable, we asked for the security cameras and they avoided the question therefore their affirmation is completely invalid. I can’t forget to mention that the first night we got to the apartments they gave us an apartment that was full of cucarachas, if it wasn’t because we went and demanded a clean apartment they would’ve done nothing about it. We have so many bad experiences in that place! Must not.

I want to thank Ubaldo, Rosa and Samantha for all your help and great customer service that you provide. If your looking for a place to call HOME this is the place, its clean, well maintained and peaceful. Thank you all at the Palmgate complex for your wonderful help and to keep us happy.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review on the great group of people that run Palm Gate Apartments where I live. I moved in with my husband to a one bedroom in July of this month, so far the experience has been amazing .. the staff has been very helpful and uplifting, Rosa was the one that gave us a tour of the property we loved the layout of our 1 bedroom unit. palm gate is a perfect place to start out life together, everything has been great so far.Rosa, Sam n Ubaldo are a great team. Maintenance guys are friendly and act fast on any maintenance orders we have had.. I recommend palm gate to anyone who is looking for a nice clean place to call home...

Me and my parents moved in this year and our experience has been very satisfying. Office staff has been great! Rosa has been very informative and is always willing to help us. Samantha is always greeting us with a smile, when we have minor issues the maintenance staff has been prompt in getting the job diligently done. We are very happy with the services we have here at Palm Gate, everyone is so friendly , i definitely recommend coming by and visiting the property ..

I am a tenant at Palm Gate apartments and so far the experience of living here has been fantastic! From the moment we started or application process till the day of move-in tour day-to-day living, sam was great in the move in process and Rosa is great, she’s always waving at us and saying hi when she sees us in the property, they are always prompt in answering any questions we have in regards to our apartment. They are super friendly and willing to resolve any issue we might have. Carlos the maintenance guy is great! He’s always positive and friendly.. overall The property is well taken care of and we couldn’t be happier. We recommend anyone to tour the property we would not be disappointed.

I have been living here for about 10 months now and I am so happy. The manager Ubaldo has been friendly and helpful throughout our residency. Samantha always helps us with a smile in her face. Rosa is always friendly and available to help us with any maintenance issues we might have. All office staff is great and the property is always well kept n clean. So far my experience has been great. This is a great place to live.

Me and my son have lived here for a month, and in that time, I have found the Palm Gate Apartment Community to be safe and peaceful during the day and night. The community is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, gas stations, and freeways. Community members are welcoming and friendly. They also have laundry rooms conveniently located in every building, playground, pools and pets are welcome. My fiancé asked me to relocate and join him in this community, and we are happy we did... The grounds are spacious and well maintained, with trees, flowers, and grass. The Palm Gate Apartment Community management team, Ubaldo, Samantha, and Rosa, are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; I would like to thank Ubaldo, Samantha, and Rosa for going above and beyond in assisting us with the process. Come on by, stop in at the office, and see Ubaldo, Samantha and Rosa, and you'll see why we love them!

By the end of this year, I would be starting my third year living here. I have loved my time here and enjoyed my interaction with the occupants and staff in this community. It is a QUIET, clean, decent, affordable, functional and homely community. I emphasize “quiet” because that is particularly important to me. The occupants are a diverse mix which adds to the beauty of this place. There’s a mix of cultures, professional class and age brackets. I’ll be honest, the buildings are dated and look that way from the outside. That is because it was built in the ‘50s. That said, it is aesthetically pleasing with palm trees on either side of the driveway, swimming pools, laundry facilities in every building block, a small playground for kids and adults and little bbq areas. It must have been far ahead of its time when it was built. It is beautiful on the inside. I have one gripe: it does not have gym. Let me guess, gyms weren’t popular in the ‘50s. I have to emphasize the quality of staff at this community. They are, to put it simply, amazing folks. I have seen different folks come and go at that office and each and everyone of them have done their very best to keep this place running. They are friendly, welcoming, helpful and accommodating, and that includes the security service staff too. Ubaldo, Rosa and Samantha currently man the office and David is on security service. Every apartment complex has its issues. That is true wherever you go, no matter how much you pay. What is essential is that you have a team of people who are willing to help. The staff at this community do more than that; they inconvenience themselves to accommodate the residents. I have been a beneficiary of their kindness and not because I enjoy any preferential relationship with any of them, it is just who they are. I hope this helps you make a decision. Come down, talk to the folks here, get a feel for the place, and maybe it’ll become your home too.

The Palm Gate Apartment Community management team, Ubaldo, Samantha, and Rosa, are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable; so much so, that I asked my fiancé to relocate and join me in this community. My fiancé is now a member of this community and I would like to thank Ubaldo, Samantha, and Rosa for going above and beyond in assisting us with the process. Love and light to them all!!!

“Palm Gate Apartments” we have lived here for 5 years. Friendly community with wide range of demographics: young professionals, families, retired folks. And thank you Samantha, Rosa, Ubaldo management continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations. Grounds are beautiful and meticulously maintained.

I’ve been here for about 4 years now and not one thing bad to say. The management is so welcoming and inviting to any needs we have. It’s so nice that they make sure it’s alwas clean, security patrol at night ensures the peace even after office hours, and they try to keep the community vibe alive with holiday events and summer fun activities. I’m glad I found this place

We have been living in this beautiful gated community for almost about 1 year. Since day one the staff have been nothing but helpful. Every time something needs to be repaired or even if we pass each other in the court yard they are very friendly and always asking if we need their assistance. Ubaldo is great to talk to, he is very patient, and very understanding towards our needs when it comes to the maintenance or repair of the apartment. Not to mention the great staff in the office so bubbly and always with a positive attitude, Samantha and Rosa! Amazing girls ! Makes you feel you can talk to them about anything without worry of feeling bad. Love the small details in the courtyard, all the flowers and trees makes it soothing after a long day of work. The 4 pools are amazing during these past few weeks of heat. The laundry facility located in every building is very convenient. Best of all the office is opened 7 days a week with handymen just in case something happens at odd hours of the day. I highly recommend this gated community.

This is an awesome place to live. The 2 bedroom 1 baths are very spacious. Also the Leasing Staff are completely amazing. They are very informative and helpful throughout the whole application process from beginning to end. They’ll try their best to make accommodations if little things are not to your liking. Thank you Ubaldo, Samantha and Rose for helping me find a place I can call home.

I have been living at Palm Gate Apartments for three years and in the beggining it was terrible but then a new management took over and it has been wonderful ever since. I even upgraded from a one bedroom into a two bedroom because i didnt want to leave the property. Clean pools and clean apartments that are very nicely upgraded. They take care of landscaping and the laundry rooms. They take care of the lots and more importantly they take good care of their tenants. I love living here!!! Thanks to Ubaldo for being a great manager and changing everything at Palm Gates and thank you Samantha and Rosa for always answering the phone being patient and being so imformative.

My Mom has been living here for 5 years and during that time she has seen a few management groups come and go. The current is by far the friendliest. They never fail to check on her health and ask how she'd feeling. They bring the personal touch to her experience here at Palm Gate Apartments. I appreciate that. No complex of this size can go with the need of repairs and they take the care necessary to make sure things get done in a timely fashion.

I am a former tenant of the apartments an I really enjoyed living here with no problems. The building we lived in was decently quiet an well kept as well as the laundry room downstairs always clean. We did have a few plumbing issues that were minor in the beginning but thanks to the awesome manager Ubaldo, he always did follow ups an got it checked out right away an was fixed. Also when it came to returning calls or contacting us for notices about parking or construction projects we always knew what was going on I really appreciate that.

I want to give praise to Palm Gates Apartments. I needed a place to stay for my cat and myself. Most apartments complex is not pet friendly or just simply look down upon you if you do have a pet. Palm Gates Apartments doesn’t treat you that way. I have live here for over a year. I love this place. Apartment manager Ubaldo and his wonderful staff (Samantha and Rosa) are always there to help me with all my living needs. They care a lot on my living situation and also my cat. They are very cool people. Moving in was easy and painless. The office is always open (7 days a week) in which I love. Great place, Great Staff! Great City!

I been leaving here a year. This is by far the worst place I have have ever lived. When I first moved in I had a rat problem, roaches, bed bugs and the management did nothing to fix the problem my husband had to go out and get the stuff. They take to long to fix things or don't fix it at all. I do not recommend this place to know one.

We have been living here for 3 years. This is a gated community with 4 swimming pools and over 200 apartments. The leasing office is on site and available 7 days. Each building is labeled with a letter and your individual apartment has a number, so say you're in building "A" and you're in apartment number 9 then your unit is A9. The leasing office accepts, checks, money orders, or credit card for payments. Each building has it's own laundry facility and what's pretty neat about it is the system that they have for payment. When you sign your lease they give you a card wherein you would deposit money in it and that is what you would use to pay for washing and drying. The machine for this is located inside the leasing office, so make sure you get it done during their office hours! But the good thing is that they are open 7 days a week. Also the maintenance crew is on site, and their system is pretty neat as well. You simply go to the leasing office and they have a clipboard and a pen for the "work orders". Here you simply jot down your apartment number followed by the request. Light bulbs out, roaches in kitchen, etc. Within a few days they will complete the order based on the priority of the request. Also they send out a newsletter every other month, that gives you updates on current events and in house events. Like ice cream socials, halloween costume parade, and much more! They even have a raffle for a turkey every thanksgiving!!

Since I first moved in almost two years ago I have had plumbing issues every 3 to 4 months. Also, have roaches which they have services for twice a month but they need to make it mandatory for all the apartments. No parking for guests, they have to look for parking around the neighborhood. Narrow assigned parking spaces (have multiple scratches on side of my car due to neighbors trying to get out of their car). They've raised the rent twice this year.
