The complex has gone down and nothing seems to be done it. Also, the clientele they rent to has also gone downhill. I really wish I could afford to move like yesterday!!

Love the overall community, however, would love if there treadmill was working in the gym. The pool could use some cleaning as well. It will help make the complex feel more valuable. The maintenance team works quickly whenever there is a request put in.

I’ve founded out that Palm Club accepts section 8 now. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t think people should be discriminated against but at least put people in here that treat the property like they live in the hood.

Palm Club is a decent place to live. Nice staff but it could use improvements. Apartments need upgrading with new flooring, appliances and paint. I know my apartment can use a lot of things that need to be done and I’ll do work order because I know it will be fixed. Again, it’s decent.

Living at Palm Club is pleasant. Neighbors are friendly, office staff is enjoyable, accommodating, and helpful and maintenance is responsive and efficient. Apartment is spacious and I love the balcony for my plants and it is larger than any others I looked at in the Brunswick area, along with outside storage space!

I've been living in this community for about a year, and overall, it's been a great experience! The apartments are spacious, and the grounds are well-kept with nice landscaping and plenty of green spaces. The amenities are a definite perk—especially the pool and fitness center, which are clean and well-maintained. The location is a big advantage as well, with nearby shopping, dining options, and easy access to public transit. It’s quiet and feels safe, with friendly neighbors who look out for one another. The only downsides would be that visitor parking is sometimes limited, and there were a few minor maintenance delays during peak season. However, management has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had any issues. I’d recommend this community to anyone looking for a balanced, peaceful place to live!

I have been enjoying my stay here at Palm Club Apartment. Great office staff and nice residents. I love the summer time and the pool. The plam trees makes me feel like I'm at a vacation hotel. This is the best place to live.

The complex is well maintained, you can see the upkeep of the grounds throughout the year, and the front office/maintenance team are responsive. What is nice about the property is the accessibility to the main shopping area nearby and it only takes 10m to get to I-95 and about 15-20 minutes to St. Simons Island. Neighbors tend to keep to themselves, noise isnt much of an issue here

We just moved in here and absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and it is such a great community! The property is so well maintained and anytime there is an issue (which is very rare) but the maintenance team always come and they are super speedy. I would 10/10 recommend living here

The manager, office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. They are great!! The pool has just been re-done and looks great! Maintemamce reqiests are handled very timely. Just need to get new BBQ grills and get the front gate working.

Love our apartment and the management as well as the maintenance team. Most residents are friendly and amazing!!! However, there is some drug use going on, regularly, right in front of the office, that is endless. My apartment smells of it. This is the only problem that I have. Other than that, I love it here!
