This place is quiet. I haven't run into any issues so far. One thing I like about the maintenance department is that they are fast. I have needed them twice since I moved in, and they showed up in less than 24 hours. The environment is pretty clean

The move was carried out efficiently and according to the established schedule. Detailed prior planning was made, which included inventory of goods, assignment of responsibilities and coordination with the transport company. The packaging was carried out using suitable materials to protect the objects during the transfer, and each box was properly labeled to facilitate distribution at the new destination.
Very quiet neighborhood with friendly staff and neighbors. Great location with very minimal in and out traffic as well as a good view from the third floor of the apartment.
Love these apartments and the environment. Great location as well. Only thing missing are better parking arrangement for the guests and improvement in the hallways of the buildings for when it rains.
Very quiet and well kept neighborhood. Great location and great staff that makes apartment living easy and enjoyable. I do notice tenants not picking up their trash along the grass and parking lots but that is it.

This is a wonderful, clean, quiet community. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. Any issues that arise, are handled right away.
My experience so far has been amazing, I could not have made a better choice to start a new journey with my kids. Tyler made this whole situation I was going through so much better and made sure I was very pleased. I can’t wait to start making my memories in Palm Beach Preserve.

Some difficulties with the apt not being a 100% ready but they are working ti fix issues. The parking application was also something that we did not like but it worked out at the end. Something to considered for system redesign. Thank you!
It has been a great year and half living here. The staff is quick to respond and help with any issues. The facilities are maintained, and notices are sent as soon as there are problems in community areas.
I have not have a bad experience so far. the staff always available when there is issue in the the appartements. my problem is the appartement is getting moise.
Good place, but very small, the gym is in good condition and the people in the front are really nice, Bryan especially he always help us with any issue we have

Great community to live in. Very peaceful and the gym is very well maintained. This along with the staff being very responsive any time I have a request or question they are able to assist me.

Attentive staff and clean neighborhood. Gate needs to be fixed though, usually gets stuck at the open. Wish we had our own security as well, but amenities are great
Extremely happy to live here, my only concern is the dying grass all over the community, sprinklers haven't worked in over 2 months so all the grass has already turned yellow, other than that, it's quiet and nice here.
Overall decent community. Management can do better with communication about community such as broken gates and getting rid of stray cats. Maintenance can be better at keeping grounds cleaner like pressure washing buildings more and trash area. Also cars and big trucks parked on side of road hinders traffic .

They’ve been ignoring by my maintenance requests for a week…. It’s family friendly and well maintained. Over all a decent place to live. I just wish I could get ahold of anyone in the office. I’ve never had a call returned.

Good overall but loose garbage in surrounding dumpster areas and parking lot every day and also the drinking in the pool every weekend and sometimes late at night I can not give 5 stars
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. it only took for me to physically see the apartments and say: this is my new home! I am loving it so far.
Love that this is a gated community. I feel so safe in it. It is a quiet neighborhood. I have some friends and family that also lives here and they are happy as well
