We lived here temporarily while our house was being built and got to enjoy the apartment and the pool. Most of all the staff were so kind and caring, especially Jada!
It’s is close to everything, you always have place to park I front of your building, the apartment is great and the rooms are really big, I can’t complain, it was really pleasant living there
Don’t live here unless you want to hear everything your neighbors do! Or if you want them coming into your apartment every other week for stupid stuff.
This place is NOT built very well and you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors say and DO. Also, if any issues arise that you go to the office about, the office staff will tell you what you want to hear, but they will not do anything to remedy your issue. I would not recommend living here. It has been a miserable living experience for us.
My experience here was amazing. Nekeda made us feel right at home and was an excellent tourist. The apartment was amazing!

Nekeda was so polite, customer friendly and helpful with our move in process. Our new home is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! I recommend Palisades to EVERYONE!
Quickly becoming all about filling the many empty apartments. Trash being left all around the complex. This complex is being run down quickly by tenants that have been allowed to move in and treat it like a trailer park. Spare tires laying around outside of apartments. Noise levels after hours are being reported but continue. Girls in the front office are friendly but not willing to crack down on the tenants that are creating a trailer park atmosphere. They need to leave the office and look around at what this complex is becoming daily. For the $$ they charge for rent better better to live in Simpsonville or Greenville. Would not recommend living here if you want peace and quiet.

I recently moved to SC from FL, I had to live in a horrible place for a couple months , then the Lord Bless me by allowing to live in Palisades in Fountain Inn , I love this place , everything is clean , new , organized, and to top it all off the staff is the best , always cordial , helpful, they expedite anything you request, always smiling at the office , always looking for ways to make us happy and very comfortable. I was a tenant here from September to February. The entire time my experience was all about paying rent. The door knob on the front door kept coming loose, the knob on the bedroom door wouldn't lock, the doors that was install in the bedroom were swollen from moisture when they built the place and the items were sitting outside. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom kept getting clogged for no reason. All the maintenance person did was use a plunger. Had water all over the floor. Had a tenant above me smoking marijuana, late nights that wasn't resolved. Tobacco all over the balcony. I suggest making this place a last resort. Go elsewhere, Southwood only cares about money. I had to break my lease. Not worth the amount of money to deal with their crap. If I could give no stars I would.
