Pro Property Manager-excellent Con The ciity of Painesville charges a ridiculous amount of fees for electric/water/sewer. The apartment is the size of a postage stamp and you will often pay over 200 plus a month. At move out The apartment was cleaned top to bottom. The carpet is cheap to begin with and only covers a bit of the actual apartment. In my move out they charged 85 dollars to clean carpet and 100 dollars to touch up the walls. The walls were poorly pained at move in and we filled all the tiny holes with spackle. Key: When you move out, do not plan on getting your deposit.
The apartments I live in are an awesome place to live. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is the Grand River about 40 yards from my sliding glass door. The apartments are very nice and spacious for a 1 bdrm apt. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to live
