Property Ratings at Padres Village Apartments
Air conditioning sucks, maintenance bad . Was dirty when moved in. Office never answer
Plague of small roaches. Moved into a 3bedroom apartment back in November 2021 and we’ve only had bad experiences here. The neighbors are so loud. They let their dogs run around without a leash and they literally follow us to our car. The maintenance sucks. We’ve been waiting since we moved in for maintenance work and still now show. They don’t even show the apartment before you move in. The only reason we moved here was because we got transferred from fort hood to fort bliss and nothing was available. It was either sleeping in the car with my 2 toddlers or staying in these crappy apartments.
A/C doesn't work, stoves don't work, fridge don't work, water bill over $80-$90dlls, no bbq area (is just an old grill), no balcony, no patio.. no free cable ($30dlls added to your rent), neighbors with dogs don't pick up the p o o p. They don't care for their residents. I don't recommend this place. My family and I just left, save your time and money.
