Paddock Estates

The list is endless as to why this place is horrible but the re-occurring one for over a year is the constant septic trucks at all hours, pumping the tanks. Management said this is normal for the town but don’t seem to mention it on move in. Also, all the appliances are cheap, the cleaners never clean, people don’t lose their leases after mis-firing a gun through TWO buildings, leaking buildings that probably aren’t fixed. I could go on. Oh, also, not having a proper fence around the pool while being fixed doesn’t seem to be a safety concern. Don’t live here!

There is always something going on living here. I heard a gun shot and couples fighting and more. Very poor management.

Best place to stay , thanks god for the new management, every one is friendly and they listen to you and work with not like old old management!!

I would recommend this community because everyone is very kind and friendly. The amenities are awesome as well.

I have loved it, but have concerns of new management showing lack of awareness of previous management?s contracts with tenants, and recent communications that indicate they want to save money on services that are supposed to be free to tenants.

I would recommend this apartment community for the individual apartment. One of the things that drew us here was the community aspect and that has been lacking since the new management has switched over.

Considering I am hearing rent is raising I will not recommend this to any friends or family

This has been an overall great experience living at Paddock. The management and staff do a fantastic job taking care of any needs you may have and are very courteous.

Have been the resident of Paddock Estates at Boxborough since 2018. Very nice apartment, great location, friendly community and excellent property management. Looking forward to renewing my lease again.

I have been a resident at Paddock Estates for several months. During this time I have had several questions and clarification relating to various procedures, and each has been addressed in a kindly and professional way. I have been very pleased.

I have been a resident of Paddock Estates for five months so far, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the building (extremely quiet), respectful neighbors (everyone takes care to clean up after their dogs), exquisite landscaping, top notch amenities (pool, cabana, pool table, fire pits, etc.), and the high level of service from your friendly office staff. Paddocks Estates is beyond Apartment living. It is supreme quality of service by staff, fantastic community events, and superior comfort in the units.

Great apartment community. Very clean, peaceful, and pleasant to live here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nice amenities. I looked at a lot of different apartments before choosing Paddock Estates because Im picky, and Paddock was the best. Its right off the highway so its easy to drive anywhere. Acton is only a few minutes away and they have good places to eat. I highly recommend living here.

The property manager and assistant property manager are awful. They harass their residents with constant inspections and notices with no proof. If I could give this place no stars I would.

Its a wonderful community with friendly neighbors, beautiful amenities, many nearby trails, and the most kind and responsive management. I would highly recommend Paddock Estates without reservation.

We recently moved in, and Tyler at the office was very helpful throughout the process. One major selling point was the fenced dog park, and our dog is loving the extra off leash time we couldn't get at our last apartment. Nightly trash service is another huge bonus. We can't wait to try other amenities too. Grounds are nicely kept.

Weve been living here for three weeks now and weve had a great experience so far. I have no complaints at all! The management is great and so helpful if we have any questions, too!

I moved here 3 months ago and have no negative issues so far . I do have to say that the maintenance team is excellent, friendly and so accommodating. They are the BEST !

It's been 3 weeks since we moved into the Paddock Estates and so far we only have compliments. I am happy I moved into a calm and peaceful place. The people who work in the office are excellent professionals. Sharina gave us all the support in the whole process from the moment we had the tour and to clarify doubts regarding ammenities and maintenance requests. I would also like to thank Tyler for all the help in clarifying doubts when Sharina was not available.

WE love our spacious apartment .Maintenance crew always has come promptly to fix minor issues that have come up[ in the two and a half years we have been here.The completion of the path in the adjoining pastures that holds horses has been a great addition - thank you

As previous homeowners of many years, my husband and I are very aware of upkeep in and outdoors, we always embraced our responsibilities. Also, we understood the importance of being part of the community within our neighborhood and town. The staff at Paddock Estates treat the entire property and residents with the same respect, understanding and a strong communal feeling, that we practiced in our family home. In our search, we found Paddock Estates in Boxborough, Ma.! The entrance to the property spoke to us, so charming and beautifully landscaped! We found a home again....our plan is to stay and enjoy all that Paddock Estates offers to its residents. Thank You Paddock and Greystar!

Paddock Estates is well maintained, quiet, and comfortable. For the school district, it is well priced compared to other apartments. The amenities are nice and the grounds are beautiful. Also, everybody is nice! We move from another large apartment complex in Acton and this place is better in all aspects.

A great place to live if you are a single adult with minimal expectations other than a clean, spacious apartment. For all others, beware.

This place is wonderful for one bedroom apartment. The space is open concept and the high ceilings make the place feel big. The bathroom is big as well along with the modern kitchen. Also it's a plus in my book when there's a washer and dryer in my home. This place is secluded and you really feel like you're in the "country side". Beware ticks are prevalent in the area but a tick spray and medication works. It's a mild inconvenience but the doggy amenities overrides that. They got dog grooming center and a decent size dog park. I like there is some form of community. There is a thing I noticed living here which is how much little things I have when moving in. There are a lot of cabinets however there's no storage closet in the one bedroom apartment. This apartment is going to give me the spring cleaning I need. Also the bedroom and walkin closet are carpeted. Very pleased with the space.

Architectural and landscaping design, apartment finishes and location are excellent.

Everyone has been very helpful and has made me feel at home.

I love the space and the amount of natural light in our apartment. Entrances are large enought to make move-in easy. Open space for my daughter to play and meet children in the community are a bonus.

Other than the community manager, place is awesome.
