It’s extremely hard to reach management on the phone. Also, we have a leasing office but it is not staffed. I feel there should be an employee on site during regular business hours.

The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors a lot. I know this comes with apartment living, but it is much more noise than I remember from previous apartments. It often sounds like someone else is in my home when my neighbors are on the stairs or upstairs. Also, the entryway is so narrow that some of my furniture couldn't make it into the apartment so I had to put it in storage. Other than those issues, it is a very nice place to live.
