We are proud to announce the opening of our newest property located in Warrenton, Oregon-- PACIFIC RIM APARTMENTS! While they are close to wonderful shopping including Costco, Walmart and Home Depot to name a few, this complex is surrounded by trees and grass with a country feel including a pond and walking paths through out. The units have many upgrades such as vinyl plank flooring, quartz counter tops, shaker cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Washer and Dryers in all units with walk-in closets in the two bedrooms. Additionally, temperature-controlled storage units are available for a nominal fee. Top floor units have vaulted ceilings with fans. We have also included a pet wash station at no extra charge. Entrance to the apartments is through the secured lobby where you will find the mail boxes and the elevator. We also have indoor temperature-controlled hallways. Rent will be prorated at move-in. Security deposit typically equal to one month’s rent. One pet per unit is allowed under 50 pounds (breed restrictions apply) with a $350 refundable pet deposit. Screening is $50.00 for each adult. A $500.00 execution deposit due within 72-hours of an approved application (which will be applied to your security deposit upon move-in).
