About Pacific Rim Apartments
We are proud to announce the opening of our newest property located in Warrenton, Oregon-- PACIFIC RIM APARTMENTS! While they are close to wonderful shopping including Costco, Walmart and Home Depot to name a few, this complex is surrounded by trees and grass with a country feel including a pond and walking paths through out. The units have many upgrades such as vinyl plank flooring, quartz counter tops, shaker cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Washer and Dryers in all units with walk-in closets in the two bedrooms. Additionally, temperature-controlled storage units are available for a nominal fee. Top floor units have vaulted ceilings with fans. We have also included a pet wash station at no extra charge. Entrance to the apartments is through the secured lobby where you will find the mail boxes and the elevator. We also have indoor temperature-controlled hallways. Rent will be prorated at move-in. Security deposit typically equal to one month’s rent. One pet per unit is allowed under 50 pounds (breed restrictions apply) with a $350 refundable pet deposit. Screening is $50.00 for each adult. A $500.00 execution deposit due within 72-hours of an approved application (which will be applied to your security deposit upon move-in). Situated on the scenic northwestern tip of Oregon, Warrenton is a lush small town bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the west and the Columbia River to the north. Warrenton is brimming with history and natural beauty. Located in the area once known as “The Graveyard of the Pacific,” Warrenton is home to the expansive Fort Stevens State Park, which touts a historic shipwreck from 1906—the Wreck of the Peter Iredale—in addition to beautiful beaches, trails, and a fort.
Warrenton hosts a slew of quaint shops and diverse restaurants along Main Avenue as well as stately Victorian homes on picturesque hillsides. Lewis and Clark National Historical Park is just south of Warrenton, offering a look into the past along with plenty of opportunities for adventure. Astoria is just five miles west of Warrenton as well, with abundant historical amenities and a vibrant downtown area. Big-city living isn’t too far from Warrenton either, with Portland just 90 minutes’ driving distance away.

Unprofessional Manager
Manager is quite rude! I’d recommend living here if you love passive aggressiveness! <3

DO NOT MOVE HERE
This place is an absolutely awful experience, between the crack heads in the unit 6 doors down the hallway screaming and throwing things at you, the manager was an absolute nightmare. Never following up in half if not most of the issues we and other tenants discussed with her.The issues in the home were never taken care of, peeling paint in the bathroom, walls counter tops and floors filthy when we moved in. Then when we moved out, they gouged us and retained most of our deposit for "Excessive cleaning fees" for "Removal of smells." First things first, this apartment was sparkling when we left.spent hours cleaning just to make sure that this would not happen. But here we are. The property owners are about as reachable as the peaks of the himalayas for a one legged man, it's absolutely ridiculous. We will be following up with the better business bureau as well as posting this on every review site we can. Do not be fooled, between the paper thin floors, the sneaking water and sewer into the bill, which by the way is a mandatory 60 to 80 charge every month, regardless of use, as well as the myriad of other issues that haunt this property, this was by far one of the worst living experiences of my life.

New on site Manager!
We have not even moved in; however, I could not ask for a more welcoming, professional, friendly atmosphere. As of January 2020, a new on site manager who truly cares about the tenant experience!
