The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Pacific Garden Apartments
The apartments are MOLDY, walls are damp, all our furniture was destroyed and the manager, Iris Guitron, as well as the supervisor of Meridian Management Group, refused to be accountable for reimbursing us for the damages once we had to move out. They wouldn't even take our calls. They have known about the poor ventilation for years and did not disclose this information. If you care about your health, not to mention your belongings, AVOID this place.
You are so right about this place , they are always doing construction for months and nothing ever gets done. The manger is more concerned about the outside of the place than the inside. She seems to care about the all mighty dollar.
This place is a dump. $1,600 for a 2 bedroom apartment with no updates or remodeling done for years, from what it looks like, what a joke. Nothing is included, you pay water and garbage (which is not cheap), on top of the rediculous rent...the high speed internet access that is advertised? Yeah, you pay big bucks for that too (from Comcast, because that's the only option available) and you lose service constantly, the wi-fi around there is awful. And lastly, have fun with the mold in the apartments (heard quite a few tenants were dealing with it) because the windows and insulation are poor and there's no good way to keep the place dry. Best decision ever to pay a little bit more and get the heck out of there...
