Property Ratings at Oyster Park
I have been dealing with cockroaches for an entire month now. The have been on the kitchen counter, inside my dogs kennel, falling from the AC vent above my bed. Absolutely terrible.
I am absolutely loving Oyster Park so far. The leasing office helped me secure exactly what I wanted, and the apartment was impeccable upon move-in. I am really looking forward to enjoying the amenities and friendly neighborhood!
Walls are paper thin and neighbors on phone, playing music, slamming doors No carpeting in hallways makes for noise all day long
I have lived here for over 2 years and just transferred to another apartment. I absolutely love the location, the staff, and the property!
Oyster Park's location is ideal. Being walking distance from stores, restaurants and fitness creates an amazing experience.
One major reason I enjoy living at Oyster Park is that I feel safe at all times. I know that when I lock my door at night that I don't have to worry about anyone breaking into my apartment. Also, I enjoy the friendly office staff as does my very social cat, "Blue." cat "

I would recommend living at Oyster Park. The leasing staff has been amazing and very friendly. The overall quality of the community is nice and the rental rates are very reasonable.

Walls are thin as paper, hear all noises from sides and below.
When moving from out of town, the leasing staff helped ease the tension and made it easy to complete the process. Riley even took time to walk me through some floor plans on Facetime which helped tremendously.
