Overall good experience living here so far. They have a great pool and people are friendly, and they approved me despite not having the best credit score. I don’t however like that maintenance does not give a curtosy call or text before just letting themselves into your home. Just an email that sometimes ends up in the spam folder.

Have lived here for 9 years. Love it here. Great community. Wonderful maintenance team. Amenities are fantastic. Love the pool especially. They have bikes you can borrow, playground, indoor and outdoor gym and dog park.

The staff is friendly. There is trash in the community that needs to be picked up i.e. paper, bottles, bags and discarded food. In the winter the roads aren't plowed very well. My vehicle is usually plowed in. Therefore I need to manually remove it myself. It's very inconvenient and with the high rent we pay you would think they would more considerate.

I love this apartment complex! Very family friendly place to live and convenient because of the area, close to many stores within 5 min drive! The maintenance requests responses are super quick and efficient. My fiance and I are very happy with our decision to move in!

Great place to live, we love of our new apartment. The location is perfect and it so close to the grocery store, the school district is amazing and everyone is so friendly.
Ever since I moved in everything has been smooth sailing and peaceful. Everyone in the neighborhood is nice or respectful and it is very nice to go on long walks with my dog with the sidewalks everywhere.
Oxford Manor in PA is a very comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Although I do wish that the units were upgraded a bit more & not so outdated.. but overall good experience.

I love living here and have given the management and maintenance crew the highest reviews. My only grief is that the property is so mature, lush and wonderful that there are leaves, twigs and branches everywhere. When I first moved in, there was a communication to residents to please clean up the landscape (meaning residents should be clearing the brush and debris). The property's debris should be their responsibility, and being disabled, all the debris actually proves to be a hazard for some residents like me.

Very disappointed in my move-in condition. Severe ant and fly problem due to a horribly gapping front door! Threshold is definitely broken and pest control confirmed that this will not keep the bugs out due to the gap in the door!

Friendly neighbours, and the environment is peaceful. The maintenance staff were available to check the problems when newly moved. The park is absolutely great for kids. However, the gym/fitness center is not available most times I desire to use exercise equipment.

Apartment is located in the residential area and it’s a beautiful apartment. Workers are all punctual and respectful. Quick response when an emergency
Way too expensive for what it is. The rent goes up significantly every year, this year they even tacked on an extra $70 a month for an “amenity” fee, for things that used to be free to residents. Bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated for the price.
I've enjoyed my time here. The neighbors are nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and the property management is responsive. Major props to the maintenance team for their prompt service.

Rent is on the pricey side across the industry. The unit that we live in now is spacious, noise levels are kept at a minimum. The neighbors are friendly and it's a generally safe community, close to Weis, Giant, Windsor Park shops and more. Been living here 2 years now
