They are not honest !!!

I lived there about a year and found a place that was better for me , gave my one month notice and moved . The apartment was clean, better than when i moved in . Gave apartment management my new address several times, so started waiting for my deposit refund . Have called office numerous times and spoken with manager , who gave me a number to call for company management, which never answered . I have been waiting for a refund since October . My biggest problem is that I was never given a copy of my lease in the beginning, their system was down that day . All i can say is beware !!! Im old , thats why I moved there couldn’t afford elsewhere, they even required a pet deposit even though I provided a statement from Dr saying she is my emotional support dog. They are not honest .
