Everyone was amazing and professional when helping me find my new apartment. Aryal was one of the reasons I chose to move to Oxbow. She was professional, kind and super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!
Horacio was so helpful giving me a virtual tour of both buildings with videos in early spring so I knew I wanted to come visit closer to my move. His in person tour was great and he really helped me pick the best unit for me. Horacio was patient and professional and I really appreciate his kindness and ability to understand me and what I’m looking for in a home. Moving is a vulnerable, sensitive and stressful process and Horacio made me feel welcome and cared for immediately and throughout the process.
We love our apartment, the amenities are outstanding, cleanliness is top notch and door-side trash service is a service I didn’t know I needed! Staff has been very friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend to any friend!
