Be aware, though marketed as an over 55 community, there are some difficulties for the handicap. These residents are independent and wish to remain so. Maintenance is rapid, housekeeping immaculate. Nice sized. bright apartments. Management pleasant and always take of concerns.

Our community at Overture Hamlin has been so welcoming and helpful if we have any issues they are spot on. This is the vest place to spend our retirement, the other residents are fun and enjoy all the activities that the management has for us. It’s like a cruise ship on land.

Very happy here. Wish it was built with two elevators, one at each end. The appliances should be higher end instead of lowest. Everything is very flimsy.

Excellent location. Friendly stafff and professionally managed. Recently built community with ammenities, upgrades, spacious floor plans, competitively priced, close to theme parks and area attractions, fine dining, main roads and highways, and appears to be a great place to live in!

Wow! I’ve lived at Overture for three years, coming down from the icy cold snowy weather of Ohio! Living here is truly like being on vacation every day. The resident amenity spaces are something out of a magazine and they’re open 24 hours! You can NEVER be bored or lonely here, there is always something to do, and always the ability to add something to the calendar like I did with our book club and garden club! The stellar staff is always ready to help and always creating a friendly and fantastic calendar full of events. They just refreshed all of the landscaping with beautiful mulch by a new company ‘Raynor Shine’ and it looks just as good as our garden does right now… fantastic! They are also upgrading our pool cushions and pillows throughout the entire pool deck area and it will again continue to elevate the community to the resort style place we all know and love! There’s no better place for me to call home!

My experience with dealing with the aftermath of the hurricane was horrible! Our manager didn't even show up until the Monday after the storm even know she knew that multiple units were damaged. She just gave us the emergency number to call. You think she would be concerned and even just by touching out to us. Nope, not here, and I don't think she really cares.
