The commitment of the staff may be the best attribute of Overture. The staff makes it feel like Overture is more than just an apartment. As one might expect, not every activity is for every person but there is a selection to choose from. I have expressed that I am dissatisfied with parking lot security, but overall I am pleased with the living conditions at Overture.
Overture Greenville is a wonderful community. The residents are like family. The staff is warm and friendly and they are always willing to help with a smile on their faces. I enjoy the scheduled events and activities. We have exercise classes with an instructor and a gym with a variety of equipments.
OVERTURE GREENVILLE IS Fantastic Place to Live. Especially this Area. It’s surrounded by Restaurants, Stores, not far from Mall. Costco, Sam’s, Urgent Care any and everything at your convenience. Lots of Fun and Activities here at Overture. The mgt team is very Nice. We r all family here. Lots of Laughter and smiles
I find Overture Greenville to be a great place to live. The residents are great. The front office staff are superb. And the maintenance staff are beyond excellent.
I enjoy living at Overture because of the location, friendly residents, activities, and staff. It's a safe and secure community and I really like my spacious 1 1/2 bath, 1 bedroom apartment.

A very safe, peaceful , friendly living environment. I began thinking of it as my new home very quickly.

Overture Greenville is an amazing 55 apartment complex. Actually, it is more like a family here. Everyone is super friendly, the complex is clean and well kept, there are many social events, the staff is awesome, etc. I can't say enough good things about this complex. I am going on my third year here, and it was the best decision I made to live here.

Great staff. When I have had a maintenance issue it has to date been handled and fixed in a timely manner! The management team is professional and reliable to carry through on their commitment to service the residents.

A great place to live. I found it to be very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and willing to help out whenever you need them. The property is well-maintained and is very beautiful. The rooms have refrigerators and washers and dryers which is a big benefit for someone moving in to this community!
