I have live at Overture for a little over a year. I have found it a good place to call home. Have made many great friends that are always willing to help you with anything. A community with amenities for everyone . Come join us at Overture a place you can call home.

My experience here at OVERTURE is fantastic, I love My apartment. Everyone is so friendly. The complex Is kept very clean. The Gym, pool, Bingo and so many Other activities. Even pickle ball, Happy hour! LUV IT

Overture Greenville has a warm and welcoming environment. The staff always greet you with a smile on their face and willing to help with any situation. The residents are very friendly and we're all like family. Overture Greenville is a beautiful and lovely place to call home.

Overture is like a community in itself. Neighbors look out for one another and enjoy activities together. The staff is friendly and willing to help whenever needed. The maintenance men are professional and knowledgeable. I like the layout of my apartment and the amenities offered.

My wife and I have been living here for about 4 years. For the most part, we like living here. There were more Overture lead activities; now there are more resident lead activities.

Overture Greenville is a wonderful place to call home. The property is well maintained and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The residents are nice, friendly and like family. There's always something to do with a calendar of daily events and activities.

I have found that the residents at Overture Greenville are extremely nice and friendly. The staff is great and very helpful and the maintenance staff is fantastic and have responded within 30 minutes of any request I have turned in.

I'm living here at Overture for over 3 years now and have enjoyed this community with its management staff, maintenance team and residents. Great location; close to all stores, restaurants, malls, and doctor's offices and hospitals. I feel very safe and secure in my apartment and in my building.

I have only moved into my apartment for two days. I have been amazed at the rapid response from the maintenance staff. The staff and some of the other residents that I have met are very friendly..

Living at Overture Greenville is like my new home. I moved in on 1/9/2021 and have zero regrets. The residents are like extended family and always there for you.

Everything so far is fine. The people are very friendly and helpful and I love meeting all the dogs and cats. Apartment is very quiet and roomy.

We are very pleased with how clean they keep everything and how well maintained it is! The pool is kept cleaned and the grounds are really kept beautifully.

Overture Greenville is a wonderful place to live for active adults. I have lived at Overture Greenville for 5 years, since they opened in 2020. It is a fun community with warm and friendly neighbors. The staff is nice and friendly and always willing to help with a smile on their face. We have daily activities, games and events to help keep us active. We also have yoga, aerobics and dance classes, and a fully equipped gym. I love my home at Overture Greenville.

I have happily lived at Overture for five lovely years, longer than most of the staff. I understand the difficulties associated with a startup piece of a large corporation. In considering the amazingly comprehensive job of our Manager Luke, I must congratulate him. His communication skills coupled with the ability to manage across-the-board operations make for a pleasant atmosphere. It is My Happy Place although, at ninety, I must move on.

I have met some very nice ladies that I now consider to be friends. I do like the layout of my apartment. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance men are great; the few things I have needed them for were handled in a timely manner. For me the location is perfect. I have just recently renewed my lease.

I have only been at Overture for a short time, but my initial experience has been very positive. A helpful staff, beautiful apartment, numerous amenities and activities, definitely make this a community to consider.

Overture Greenville is an amazing 55 apartment complex. Actually, it is more like a family here. Everyone is super friendly, the complex is clean and well kept, there are many social events, the staff is awesome, etc. I can't say enough good things about this complex. I am going on my third year here, and it was the best decision I made to live here.

Great staff. When I have had a maintenance issue it has to date been handled and fixed in a timely manner! The management team is professional and reliable to carry through on their commitment to service the residents.

A great place to live. I found it to be very clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and willing to help out whenever you need them. The property is well-maintained and is very beautiful. The rooms have refrigerators and washers and dryers which is a big benefit for someone moving in to this community!

So far, the staff seems great and the amenities look great as well. The application process had few glitches, but we go through them all. I'm pleased with the view of the pool area from our balcony.

Up to this point in my lease at this community, my experience has been mostly positive. I am not able to attend all scheduled or even most scheduled activities due to conflicts with previously committed functions. I have interacted with several of my neighbors. All but a few are very friendly and respect the rights of others. My apartment is very nice. I would, however, make some changes as an example a two sided sink in the kitchen. I would also include access to the rear door on first floor apartments! What a terrible waste of an access door by putting railing around the patio! I look forward to the next review.

I had liv e d at Overture for about 2 1/2 years. During my time here I have become more active. There are always activities to join in and residents to socialize with. I really enjoy meeting new residents and making them feel welcome. I say try every activity, then decide which ones fit into your lifestyle and likes. There is something for everyone.

We like living here. We wish we had more amenities—things we can do here—but otherwise, we enjoy it. Now that the weather is getting warmer, we will wait and see.

Every time I asked for help it was done with a smile and politely,, felt like I should have known. I might add I have not ever lived in an apartment before. Not sure about the rules. Thank you for your follow up.

I've lived at Overture Greenville for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier! The apartments are beautiful, spacious ,with great closet space and new appliances. The grounds are lovely, with plenty of areas for reading by the pool, grilling with friends or simply relaxing in the sun! The gym is state of the art and there are plenty of activities to choose from. Most importantly are the amazing people who work hard every day to create this wonderful environment for the residents, what a great job they do!! This is a safe,friendly, joyful place to call home!

It has some limitations but it's working well as a temporary residence for us until our house becomes available.

Overture Greenville is a wonderful community to live in . I've lived here 3 years now and enjoy the friendly residents, activities, Zumba, I even teach line dancing to the residents, and the social aspect of the programs help the residents stay busy and there's a feeling of family here. It's safe, clean, comfortable and security is important to me. Best of all it is so convenient to all the shopping and supermarkets nearby. Excellent location for sure!! I'll be renewing my lease this year!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Walked us through the process with patience and understanding. We have never been to a 55 community and were very impressed with the size of the apartment. Ver nice atmosphere and nice grounds.

What I love about living at Overture of Greenville is the experience of meeting new residence from other states, it's locationed in an area that will satisfy all your needs, and most of all it's a growing city with plenty of growth and entertainment.
