I love living at Overture. I have made lots of friends and enjoy all the activities.
Management seems to effectively doing a great job as a team. I have seen improvement in peace, joy and happiness in our residents here at Overture.
There are many places to choose from but we chose Overture Frisco and am totally delighted. The staff is the best management staff we have ever had contact with and they do everything possible to satisfy the residents. The building is well-maintained and it is the most convenient location we could ever have chosen. We highly recommend Overture Frisco.
I have been here only Two weeks but the people are nice and the complex is clean The staff keeps me informed on events going on

Overture Frisco has been our home for over 5 years, and we plan to be here for many more. The community has super residents and management team and is located conveniently near grocery stores, a huge shopping mall, doctors, medical facilities and churches. There are always plenty of activities and social events to keep us busy at Overture Frisco. We have Happy Hours a couple times a week as well as movies, games and health related activities on a regular basis. If you are looking for an Active 55 Community, be sure to put Overture Frisco on your list and stop by to check it out!

Overture Frisco is a delightful place to live. The management provides a full venue of events to suit virtually everyone. Morning breakfast, Happy hour and more are a highlight, especially in that this is basically a straight rental property and not a high-priced retirement building. I cannot think of a place more convenient to suit everyone's needs as Overture Frisco. And he price is right!!

I have enjoyed living here. It some times takes awhile to get gates, doors and water leeks fixed but probably outside help hard to get. I love the location because shopping is very close.

We have lived here at Overture Frisco for over four years. It is an easy place to make good friends and the social activities from Crafts to Happy Hour are well planned and a lot of fun. A super management team knows and cares for the residents and is always available for a friendly chat. Overture Frisco is a wonderful place to live and very accessible to shopping, parks, churches, restaurants and medical facilities. A SUPER place to call home!

This property is wonderful. The residents are all friendly, feels like family. The apartments are beautiful and sufficient, I only been here a week and I love it!

The Overture Frisco is a wonderful place for the 55 and older. It is maintained as if were brand new and has an incredible staff who work diligently to make the move-in and tghe day to day life a pleasure.

I am a current resident of Overture Frisco, Fall 2023; have lived here since Spring 2021. I am very happy to live here, a great community feel as the size of the complex is perfect. Our new management team is second to none! And the he complex is tucked away within minutes of shopping. Great place, with great residents!

My wife and I have lived at Overture Frisco almost 4 years and enjoy our apartment, the super community and management team, and convenient location for shopping, excellent restaurants and nearby medical facilities. A great place to live. Our past 4 years have flown by!

A great experience living at Overture Frisco. The community is well located within easy access to shopping, doctors and churches and super restaurants. Neighbors are friendly and many become good friends. The new management team is super and interacts well with the residents.
