Staff left my ceiling leaking sewer water from a giant hole in the ceiling for a full month - the smell was putrid. The hole allowed for the entry of spiders into the apartment and increased mold in bathroom. I repeatedly found spider nests on my walls and in my curtains. completely unhygienic. Various contractors came in and out at different times all while a newborn baby was in the home- no other arrangements were offered in compensation. Thankfully I had a 2b2b however this ruined my plans of having guests because the smell from the leak made the master bedroom uninhabitable- I slept on my living room couch for the full month. Also, when initially renting - I was promised an early release clause that was revoked when I made the attempt to buy out due to “new management”. Giant tub but never had enough hot water to fill it!!! Not nearly enough parking.

The maintenance team did a great job! I submitted a work request for problems with both my kitchen and bathroom sinks. When I arrive home from work the next afternoon both had been resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Nice job guys!

Luxury apartments with a compromise The stay was great with a good staff, lots of walking paths a dog park and key fobs. The one thing my spouse and I wished was different was the wate. It was very heavily in metals that cased us to have to purchase a water filter to prevent damage to the individual hairs follicals. Secondly, the water had sediment/ partials in it. At any time, we could fill a cup of water from the kitchen sink and find little particles floating. So we went and bought purified water from the store. Other than that. The maintenance as very helpful and the trash service was great!

I felt like the staff was rude at times . I was charged 770 dollars in fees for my dog that just visits the water was so gross and left black slime in the toilet sink and ice maker even the shower pooled in one area and it took bleach to clean up the rusty floor the bedroom was freezing and the washer leaks on the floor .

The best place for us. My husband and I lived here for 3 years with our two dogs. The only reason we left is to move away for my husband’s job. This was the most convenient, clean, beautiful, fun place we have ever stayed. The ladies in the front office and the fellas in maintenance are consistently kind and helpful. They attended to every request quickly and with joy. We were kept abreast of every schedule change and maintenance plan with enough time to prepare accordingly. The hallways and grounds were constantly being cleaned and manicured. The flowers were replanted every season. The snow was plowed by the time we had to leave for work. I never had to wonder where our rent money was going because I could see it put to good use every week. The events like customer service appreciation week, taco nights, food truck nights and dog mingle nights meant so much to us as new residents with no family in the area. On some holidays, they provided candy bags on ALL resident’s doors, pet goodie bags and pastries at the front office. We truly felt like we were well taken care of here and we will miss the home we made here dearly. We send our appreciation to all of the wonderful people in the Overture team, with special thanks to Kim and Tim. Thank you for making our community what it is. We can only hope to find another place like this to call home.

Responsible The staff responded promptly and effectively when I reported the odor from the previous resident’s dog on the carpet. Carpet cleaners arrived the very next day and thoroughly cleaned the carpet, which significantly improved the situation by 90%

Fast and friendly Moving in to Overture has been a painless process. The staff in the office are very responsive and friendly and made moving in very easy. We called maintanence for a small problem and they were there the next day fixing it. Very quiet, clean and friendly community.

Lived in this apartment for more than 18 month, been a good tenant paying rent on time every month and be courteous towards all neighbors. The leasing office refused to offer flexible terms and asked me to move out unless signing another 12-month lease. Be aware, their lease contract is restrict and they have 3-month move out notice term, which is the harshest I have ever seen. Don't be fool by the newly built appearance. The company here doesn't care about you when it comes to what matters to you. Read your lease contract carefully! By the way, they do not remove snow on the ground in the winter very often. The past winter it was almost hazardous walking within the apartment property.
I've lived here for a little over a year and my only complaint is that it's too far from Purdue/downtown. They are really nice, modern apartments and the staff is very responsive. Everything in the apartments is quality - I don't think I've ever submitted a maintenance request. The granite and carpet are grey and really modern. It's a super dog-friendly community, and the amenities (pool and gym) are really nice. I'm going to be sad to leave!
