Overture Dr. Phillips is a great place to live. We moved in when they opened and we're still here six plus years later. The staff is the best ever. The building is well-maintained, as well as the grounds. The neighborhood has everything you would want close by. The medical facilities are top-notch. Grocery stores and other shopping and restaurants are super. We love our home!
Both my Husband and myself are very happy living here.
Overture Dr. Phillips is a great place to live. We have lived here since the opening. The staff and level of amenities have been so nice and the grounds are well-maintained. It is a great neighborhood with every thing you would want including grocery store varieties and good healthcare.
It’s a nice place to live good folks at this wonderful place, only down fall is the back and red strip helicopter, it flies over between 100 & 200 feet above the ground and echoes back in and out side the complex they need to talk to that company about maybe trying to redirect where they fly and not right over top of us

Great place to live after you retire if you don't want to own a home with all the headaches that comes with it. You have all you need right here , pool,gym,art and crafts,Polaris, games room fully loaded with games pool table , a beautiful theater room, reading room and much more. Overture Dr. Phillips has been our home since it opened. My mom and I have been very happy here. The staff has been wonderful, the building continues to be well-maintained, and the grounds well-kept. We enjoy the neighborhood. Grocery store choices are really great as are restaurant varieties. Most of our doctors are nearby so that driving is manageable. Having a Wal-mart and a Whole Foods within walking distance is a huge plus. We highly recommend this community.

Overture Dr. Phillips is a super place to live. The staff and residents are wonderful and there is plenty to do within the community. The amenities are great. There is a continental breakfast M-F. The social coordinator plans many fun and enlightening events. The neighborhood has everything you would want from good stores to great medical.
