Our Manager, Mark, is the greatest, caring Manager I have ever seen or been associated with in my life! He is personable, and he "bends over backwards" to please all of the residents here, fairly and in any way that he can. He makes sure to do all he can to ensure, that the tenants here have many healthy and age-appropriate events to safely participate in. His staff is also great. Overture Arcadia is a very welcoming, pleasant place to live. Management provides many fun events and so do the residents. I like the exercise classes and all the comfortable places to "perch", like the library and the theater. I have peace of mind because my apartment has new appliances and I can always call maintenance for any problems.

I especially like the fitness classes since they make it so convenient to attend, gain in strength and balance, I don't have to go to physical therapy anymore. Also the management plans and puts on so many events that there is always something to look forward to.

This is an extraordinary place to live, everything I need is here for exercise, sociability, excellent helpful staff, lots of resident led activities. The only thing I would like is a transportation option (maybe one week to grocery store) as I don't drive.

Overture Arcadia was just what I was looking for when searching for an apartment. The front office team is super friendly and helpful. It is a community the social events for the residents are well planned. The residents have a lot of fun here. There is a dog park, pickleball court, a wellness room and a gym. So many amenities!

I have lived here for a little over 2 years, and find it to be an excellent choice if what you want is Independent living. There are many amenities and opportunities to engage with other residents, if that’s what you are looking for. Conversely, if you choose to not participate in activities, you certainly have that option. It’s your choice.

Recently moved to this 55 community. The facility is clean and very quiet. Lots of activities, classes and social events are offered. It has a good pool and a well-equipped workout facility. The staff are very accessible and responsive.
