I have had a wonderful experience living at Oversea at Flagler Banyan Square! The location is fantastic, with easy access to downtown attractions and beautiful views of the Intracoastal Waterway. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help. I appreciate the community events that foster a sense of belonging among residents. Overall, it's a great place to call home!

Management is very inefficient and ineffective. It took several weeks to renew my lease. And even after it was finally renewed, the wrong monthly rate was included in my portal. After several requests to correct the monthly rent, all I got were excuses about "glitches" without any correction. Similarly, there are several dictatorial emails sent out each week, many with poor grammar and are otherwise unclear. And all are accusational and defensive rather than helpful or productive in anyway. For example, the package room was run terribly. Items were lost. The equipment used to categorize the packages was inadequate. And the system was confusing to both delivery personnel, residents and, apparently, management. They switched to a new program but refused to help residents get any remaining packages that were miscategorized or that were inadvertently sent using the old system - and many indignant emails were sent around characterizing these problems as the resident's fault. Those emails threatened consequences but never offered any solutions. It's very disappointing considering the Oversea is advertised as a "luxury apartment" and rent is very high.

Beautiful new apartments located in the best area of downtown West Palm Beach. Easy walk across both bridges to Palm Beach Island. Beautiful intracoastal views from the roof and many units. Amazing building amenities, laundry in unit and parking. Not near the loud trains. Near the farm market and the Ben Hotel.

poor response or no response by management to repeated requests for amenities to be fixed, improve the hours of availability
This place is overpriced and understaffed. The volume of maintenance requests I have submitted in the first 2 weeks of living here and not received any resolution is outrageous given the fact that this is such a new building.
Great experience, apartment is very comfortable; building well managed and staff couldnt be nicer and more efficient.
Great location. Staff clearly committed to making the daily experience here as positive as possible.
I enjoy everything about Oversea at Flagler Banyan square. Starting with the staff from leasing to service level they go above and beyond to help they are professional people of excellence. Next the location of the building its number one surrounded by the beautiful intercostal its walking distance to everything it makes living here so convenient my apartment as well as the building with all its amenities plus great neighbors just seal the deal for making a wonderful living experience!

'Oversea' seems to be a False Frontin'. The exterior, and apartments are 'beautiful' to make them look more grandiose...UNTIL you move in and realize it's more like a movie set. Nice on the outside, but the 'guts' and running mechanism (management) is empty!
