Apartment Maintenance I placed a maintenance request with the apartment complex office to replace a burned out refrigerator light bulb. A maintenance guy showed up to my apartment and replaced the bulb within hours. Very quick service!

Maintenance order Steve has been very helpful but after replacing the detectors 3 times, I think they need an electrician to check them out

Quality care My wife and I, have lived here for 4 years now. We have enjoyed each year. If we've ever had any issues which have been really nothing i couldn't fix myself. They gladly have handled it for us. All it takes is a call. Property is well kept. Increase in cost hasnt been too bad.. but you get what you pay for. Proud to tell other's we live here because it really is the nicest place around. No complaints and for that we're grateful.

Refrigerator went down My refrigerator went down so i put in a requeste at 1pm. The issue was resolved by 3'30pm! Very quick response and all is well again on the home front. Thank you for being so fast and efficient.

I love it here! Nice clean and quiet! I love my balcony it’s spacious. My kitchen has an Island for that extra space in the kitchen. Nice closets and nice size bedrooms. I have lived here since April 2022. Just signed a new lease. Happy happy happy.

Great service!!! Lived here for 2 full years now and have had very great service. All maintenance request are taken care of in a timely manner and havent had issues with the front desk workers. Everyone is always nice and have been easy to work with.

Major mold issue, trash & cigarette butts on grounds, gates broken for extended periods of time, and lack of parking. Management is negligent & deceitful
This is great apartment living for anyone living in the Sevieriville-Pigeon Forge, TN. area. Close to everything and easy in and out. Pets welcome, pool,gym and gated. The complex is regularly maintained and managers are easy to work with and quick to respond to any issues. The mountain view are just an added plus and there is no shortage of entertainment right at your doorstep.

Apartment has no storage. Only has 1 upper kitchen cabinet. Grounds are kept nice. Builder did a poor job.

This apartments are nice, however they are really small and not worth how much they cost. We have a one bedroom and we have one drawer and only 3 cabinets. My garbage disposal has not worked right since we have moved in. They nice but too small and expensive.
