Property Ratings at Overlook 380
One of the greatest features of this residence, aside from its ideal location, is the maintenance personnel prompt response. I have encountered a few issues in my apartment that required attention, and the maintenance man responded quickly. The longest wait time for a repair was a couple of weeks, due to the wait for a replacement part. In general, the response time is quick, and the work is done very well. He even conducts a follow-up to ensure that the work met the expectations.

Could use a little more discipline with the cigarette smell but over all the landlord and employees are Are respectful and kind They always greet you and say hello. It’s a good location right next to the 380 so it’s very convenient.

First moving to Cedar Rapids I lived in a house that I had to pay rent, water, gas, electric, trash along with cell and entertainment expenses. Cedarwood Rent is Half of what I was paying. Obviously some bills still remain but Heat, Water & Trash All Paid For!!! Goodbye Gas Bills until I buy a house with all the money I’ve saved!! Lots of space for the price and the Office Staff is Unbelievably Amazing!!! Those Ladies are so friendly and you can really tell that they care. If you have any problems they usually have the maintenance guys there the next if not the same day to fix. Heard a lot of bad things about this place before moving here and was scared at first, HOWEVER after living here many years I can really tell you from experience that this is a wonderful place to Live. There are kids that run around and enjoy being outside, Families and friends barbecue, occasionally loud music and 420 odor but No junkies or bums asking for change or harassing you so I feel comfortable and safe. They also have a fitness room and a swimming pool!! My Favorite thing is that residents can stop in for a cup of coffee, grab a newsletter to see what’s happening and meet new neighbors forming that lifetime bond. Cedar Wood Hills is a great place for anyone that has a positive attitude!! ??
