Our experience was great! Staff very pleasant and helpful and people who live here are nice and helpful
One good aspect is the location and inside mail. Delivery of items delivered after hours have no place to drop off /this happens when do not make good arrangements.

Life is good at Outlook Hamilton with the Hamilton Town Center mall in the background! The staff and residents are kind, friendly, and our issues are presented and resolved as quickly as possible. The sales office with James and Lori works diligently with residents that have technical issues as well as daily problems that are brought up the Manager’s attention. Communication is good! Kaylynn is always searching for fun activities for the residents whether inside or outside!

I enjoy my apartment, however, many of the promises that I was made after four tours, as I tried to decide if I wanted to give up my home, have not been true or followed through with. I’m not sure the reason but most of the younger people who live here don’t participate in any of the activities or the activities are not things that they would want to participate in, and it can be quite lonely. So there are things that I’m happy about and there are things that I’m quite unhappy with mostly because I was told things during the tours that were not true. I’ve learned to go about my own business and make my friends outside of this building.

Outlook has top of the line amenities: pool, cabana, great room and kitchen, gym and yoga studio/classes, movie theater, pub, courtyard. We utilize these gathering spaces with a vibrant social calendar, dining/card clubs, town hall meetings, and presentations from outside vendors and experts. Even a trip to the mailbox can be a fun encounter with a new friend! Manager Anne is attentive to our requests and knows us - even knows our family members and dogs! Outlook is all I hoped for.

I have been living at Outlook Hamilton for 7 months and have really enjoyed living here. The apartments are all brand new with modern appliances and a washer and dryer in each apt. I have great neighbors who have become friends. the leasing staff is very friendly, responsive and caring and the maintenance guys are top notch. We have a new events coordinator (Kaylyn) that is doing a wonderful job at keeping us active and engaged. She has really turned things around for us with ballroom dancing events, vendors who set up their goodies for us to buy, exercise classes, volunteer events and super entertaining happy hours. This is a truly great place to live if you are over 55. Come and check it out, you won't be disappointed.

Outlook Hamilton is a beautiful community's to call home for those 55/older. It has a theatre, sports bar, so many activities to enjoy, beautiful lobby when you walk in and staff and residents to greet you. The minute you walk in, you’ll realize just how nice it would be to live here and to call home.

I really have enjoyed my time here at Outlook. The leasing staff and the maintenance crew are very friendly and approachable. I feel like I can talk to any of them with any concerns that I have and they will immediately address them. The grounds are very clean and I feel safe here as a single woman. I love my neighbors who have become friends. I love my apartment, it is quiet and peaceful. I have a ton of storage and the cabinet space in the kitchen is super useful since I cook a lot. I wish my cabinets were white but it's not a big deal to me. I like that I have a ton of space when I'm cooking. The residents also go out to eat once a week which I've participated in and have enjoyed. Everyone is very friendly here. I love the mall nearby and find most things that I need (dentist, Petco, clothing stores)

I find the people living here is what makes Outlook so enjoyable.
Outlook Hamilton is a beautiful complex to live and call home. Several amenities provided, including a pool, a theater, a nice sports lounge, and a beautiful lobby and game room. Plus, really nice residents to socialize with regularly. It is a nice place to call home.
I put in an application to this property on Friday July 12th 2024. When talking to the leasing staff they assured me that the 1000. "Community fee" that they made me pay and the 50 application fee would be waived. My application was approved and I have been trying to for days now to reach out someone so that they can tell me what steps I should take next. I have called and emailed with no success. They have my money and have not communicated at all with me. My expectation is a welcome letter, communication from them and my promised money back. So far nothing as of 1:11p.m. on July 17th 2024. Freaking out!

Outlook Hamilton is a great place to call home. Maintenance Team is amazing. Beautiful pool, grille, table and chairs to just go out side and relax, or grill a hamburger and enjoy lunch. We have a game room, a theater and sports bar. Beautiful grounds with flowers, bushes, and garages for your vehicle. You really should come out and take a tour. It is a great place to call home.
