If you own a 4-wheeler, snowmobile or other off-road vehicle, you will love this property! Oulu Pines is located on a trail system that runs for miles and miles, accessible right from your front door. There is an outdoor playground area for the little ones and a fenced-in baseball field, complete with back stop and infield. The application process involves a $45.00 fee for each adult – upon approval and acceptance, this expense will be applied to your 1st month's rent. Applicant must meet income requirements and have verifiable earnings equal to or greater than 2.5 times the amount of monthly rent. The apartments are really big! Love being able to park right outside my place. The new managment/owners seem very proactive. I emailed them a question after 8pm and heard back less than an hour later. Close to the local schools which makes a HUGE difference for me.
