The information and prices they give you initially are very different from when you move in, hidden charges, delayed maintenance, old, obsolete and noisy appliance, residents who do not comply with regulations and no one from the property does anything to enforce them, a total disappointment, price vs. quality, zero peace of mind

We had an agent guided tour set for 12pm today. We arrived promptly at 11:55am. Upon arrival there was nobody inside to greet us or to let us know that somebody would be with us shortly. After a few minutes of waiting inside the leasing office, a woman came in with another potential renter. We were still ignored. At this point, another potential renter came in and said they had an appointment at 12pm like us. They were taken of first without any explanation of why we were double booked. It wasn’t until 12:30 that the leasing agent finally spoke to us. The woman did not apologize or give us any reason to why this happened. I understand staff can be shorthanded at times, but there needs to be better communication from your staff to potential renters showing up for appointments. Waiting 30 minutes is ridiculous. We have toured several apartments and we never had to wait past 5 minutes. Also, watch out because they have a $250 security deposit pet fee on top of a $250 non refundable pet fee. Never seen that in my life. I want to make this clear, the leasing agent was very kind but it looks like she was left out to dry by her management/co-workers. It appeared she was the only agent working today.

We have just moved here and it’s so far so good. Quiet community nice neighbors around. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Pool and the children’s park is nice and clean

I am still loving living here. It has been good and no one bothers anyone. You feel safe walking around the complex at any time of the day. Every area is maintained clean. There are a few areas were sometimes doggie poop is not picked up, but otherwise everything is great!

I think it is a very good place to live, quiet with good neighbors and many food places and supermarkets nearby, it is close to main streets that allow one to get around quickly but at the same time it does not have much noise.

Ok living environment. I have no complaints, buildings are a little older so wear and tear is expected. Parking can be a pain sometimes, if your vehicle is not registered they will tow it.

Apartments are nice. Spacious as well. No issues per se. Although, sometimes maintenance requests fall through the cracks. Having to call two or three times to fix something thst should only take one call is a bit much.

The appliances would be updated. My stainless appliances shows sign of oxidation. The tile floor and grout are dirt, stained and cracked; the grout was installed terrible.

Parking is not the best or ideal and very limited. Garage space is the same as well and not even big enough for my SUV. Waited a year to find that out. Maintenance service can be better in terms of response and resolution. .

The whole process was smooth from beginning to end. I was so stressed and nervous but Monique helped me out 100% till my move in day. She really made the entire process smooth easy and less stressful.

Apt is outdated.. bathroom door doesn’t close, I’ve put 2 work orders and still no fix. 3 Gym machines have been broken for 2 months now, all gym equipment could use an update also.. great area and overall good experience

I enjoy the community. We have some friendly neighbors and it’s just pretty chill here. There are cockroaches in our building that has been a that has been an issue since move-in.

My family and I are very happy to live in this community. We love the community so much that we decided to renew our lease. Maintenance people are appoint the communities were kept. And I love that when you communicate with the Office, they try to accommodate you. My only complaint has being the pool a little bit. The neighbors are very friendly. a very safe community and very family oriented.
