Located along the Cape Fear River directly south of Downtown Wilmington you'll find the historic neighborhood of Sunset Park. Many of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the early 1900s. As the community was being developed, the local newspaper, the Wilmington Star, held a contest to name the new neighborhood and "Sunset Park" was the winner.
Soccer fans will love renting in Sunset Park -- Legions Stadium is located off Carolina Beach Road and is home to the Wilmington Hammerheads, a professional soccer team. Just north of the neighborhood, the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater provides an outdoor venue for concerts and other performances.
Head into Downtown Wilmington to visit Riverfront Park, the Wilmington Downtown Riverwalk, the shops and restaurants along Front Street, and historic sites like Bellamy Mansion Museum. This 20-room plantation home was built in 1859 and is now open for tours.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Osprey Landing
I moved here 2 years ago and have seen significant improvements in that time. This management team gets things done! They’ve improved literally every aspect of living here, making it very desirable now. I was thinking about possibly moving next year, but as long as they stay, I’ll stay.
Great team especially the maintenance man Robert. Keep up the good work
So happy with the management and maintenance team best ever! I have lived here for 16 years and must say they are doing an amazing job I am so happy to have such caring and great staff! I love Candy , Tiffany , Gary and Glenn. They take so much care with anything you need.Pool is amazing grounds are being taking care of an amazing difference! Needed a new sink faucet due to failure Gary was right on it fixed it Love it ! Best management and maintenance team hope they stay forever!
this property has went through about 3 different property managers in less than a year , the rent is ridiculous for how the place looks, current managers are inconsiderate sent a non renewal lease 30 days before not giving proper cause to why with 4 children they don't care to try and explain should have given more time in advance
There is mold in numerous tenant homes they don’t do anything to fix it, the phones almost never work so you can call maintenance requests, no one responds to emails, 90% chance no one is in the office, corporate doesn’t pay the electric bill on time duke will cut the power while you are paying to do your laundry, pool is never clean, they raise rent even when their property managers advise them not to, landscaping is not done I have to buy my own weedeater so I can take my dogs potty, they property is just covered in trash all the time. Eskay management does not care about the tenants as long as they are paying rent! Do not move here unless this is your last resort, it is not as beautiful as the pictures try to make it! I would give 0 stars if it was possible
or 940 sq ft with extremely dated cabinets that shed the price is high. The new management's rules are better than the older one. They work with you and theyre all courteous, same goes for the maintenance staff, nice people. Roaches are an issue here tho. Installation is poor - electric bill is high - I can hear my neighbor speak on the phone and also the person on the phone and everything they say - very uncomfy. Also hear them snore all over the house or cough and I wake up because of their video games and theyre not even loud so its not my neighbors' fault. Also hear the kids scream in the playground. I appreciate the real tile in the bathrooms tho. For one term lease its a decent choice but for the price you can get way way better.
This place is really nice and family orriented. The staff is very good and pleasant, especially, the maintenance crew. Everything seemed relative nice until the new management took over. Just a few day ago, we received emails from the leasing office which said no grilling of any kind is allowed on the premises. I have idea why that is problem for them since we pay for electricity. Overall, it's ok, hope it doesn't get worse.
