The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Osprey Cove North Apartments
Me and my husband were so stressed about finding an apartment last minute. Vicki made our process and move in incredible. i probably called 100 times and she was so incredibly kind everytime. and the apartment is so nice . it was so incredible for first time renters. I cannot stress enough how much they helped me !
I have lived here over a year and it is great. Wonderful staff.
I love this place, the neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are super friendly, I really like that they are petfrendly, and have green areas where our pets can walk and do the bathroom, the attention of the office is very fast and friendly keeping the departments in good condition doing constant checks so that everything works well, it is a great place to live I highly recommend it!
I have lived here since this May and I have had nothing but positive experiences. The maintenance is very responsive and the office staff is very friendly. I’m very happy with my apartment and the quality of residence.
I love osprey cove, maintenance is always quick to respond, office staff is super nice and is willing to answer any questions I have. Apartments are nice and quiet.
I have lived here almost a year and have not had issues really. Maintenance responds timely and handles the problem. Office staff has been helpful and friendly. Friendly community for the most part. Some residents do not have respect for their neighbors but you will find that anywhere.
I have lived at Osprey Cove North for 2years now and I have no complaints . Maintenance workers are great they come asap to fix the problem, office staff is very informative to issues and are very friendly . I’m very happy where I live. ??
I love this place, the neighborhood is very quiet, the neighbors are super friendly, I really like that they are petfrendly, and have green areas where our pets can walk and go potty, the attention of the office is very fast and friendly keeping the departments in good condition doing constant checks so that everything works well, it is a great place to live for the price and I highly recommend it!
Very nice and quiet community to stay. Staff is very helpful during anytime of need.
My wife and I have been living here for three years now. They were extremely quick to get us into an apartment when we told them we were in need! The place was renovated when we moved in, which was very nice and modern. Compared to other apartment complexes in Jacksonville, you get more for less!
Great neighbors, maintenance is always on top of things
Office is very open about communication and respond in a timely manner, within the hour. They are very responsive in questions and concerns within the complex or building
I’ve lived here almost a year, and I love it. It’s quiet, the office and maintenance staff are always ready to help. They have upgraded every apartment with keyless entry, smart thermostats and smart security alarms. I will definitely be renewing my lease in January!
The staff is friendly. The unit was supposed to be a renovated apt. It is obviously not, but the charge is for a renovated unit. Plus, it didn't even look like it had been cleaned! Some of the tenants are nasty. Pot smoking all over. Drug dealers coming and going. Loud and obnoxious at 2am. Cockroaches do show up.
Only move here if you love mold, mildew, and mushrooms growing in your apartment. My apartment flooded due to another neighbors negligence not only did they do the bare minimum cleaning up the water, they also never came back to fix the flooring and walls that were warped which later caused mold to grow in my bathroom and dining room and now we’re left with mushrooms growing but also a horrible mildew smell. Bonus points for the constant crackheads arguing outside at all times of the night!
They gave us the wrong apartment and then said we had to wait 6 months to transfer to the apartment we originally applied for plus this place is infested with poisonous spiders, maintenance doesn’t fix a thing just minor patch work. My family moved here from NYC and now we’re just looking to hurry up and move from this dump after only living here 3 months
I love this place. It's nice and quiet, and in a good location. I like being close to the Walmart, the bank, and food. The new management seems great so far. They have a lot of activities for the tennents like coloring contests and ice cream parties. Overall a good place and highly recommended.
When we first moved in here, they had completely redone the whole apartment. Brand new flooring, paint, and carpets. Super nice. Everyone is very nice if you ever have a question or need maintenence. It's also very affordable and close to Walmart.
Bang for your buck. Maintenance is great with any issues you have. Very spacious also!
Ive lived here going on 2 years now. They are under new ownership and seem to be very attentive to the property. They are always doing preventative maintenance and upkeep, but not to the point of being invasive or annoying. Overall, people seem to keep to themselves here and not be bothersome. Not a bad neighborhood compared to some places I have lived. Kids arent afraid to play outside and you dont see what are obviously drug deals all over the place, so thats always a plus. Rent is reasonable as well for this part of town. They are easy to work with and if you have any issues, you can always reach out to the office to resolve the problem.
Quiet and peaceful living with a great property management and maintaining team! Highly recommend.
DO NOT LIVE HERE! I lived here for 2 years and this place is absolutely disgusted with German Roaches. After moving out I had to literally throw away everything I owned to ensure none would travel with me. Go else where if you care about the stuff that you own because this place won’t do a thing about it.
The maintenance crew is super nice and always come in a timely manner. The apartments are good if your looking for something affordable. I think the complex would be better if more people cleaned up after there pets, I have dogs and I always clean up after them but see so many people that do not.
Good affordable place to live. Not too far from Walmart and the DMV is literally across the street. Great location, good staffing, and very family friendly
Been here for awhile and never had an issue with anyone. Apartments are not perfect but they are livable and spacious and u can make it your own perfect home. If u ever have an issue or need maintenance they always respond in a timely manner.
No problems with neighbors, quick maintenance responses, and nice apartments overall! Pet friendly is also a bonus! Great place to live without paying a fortune!
I’ve lived here since February and I will say this is definitely one of the most cost efficient places to live. For a 2BR/1BA there’s plenty of room to accommodate whatever you have although if you’re downsizing considerably there may be some Tetris that needs to be done when storing things. The office staff is excellent and always respond to any concerns I have promptly and ensure I receive a written communication back regarding the matter. There is a good community of people here as well and I haven’t had a single issue with any other tenants. Plenty of dumpsters for trash within 50 yards of your door and the grounds are generally well kept. The apartments are old and were built in the 70s or so if I recall correctly so there’s some slight cosmetic work that could be done but the apartments are gradually getting renovated. If you’re looking for a place that gets you the most bang for your buck on a budget this is the place to go.
Theses apartments are just average. They are by no means fancy, new in any way, updated or polished, but they are not terrible. I have lived here for 2 years and we have made our place very nice. Of course the bathroom is outdated and the paint job is cheap, but the price is fair for what you get.
Osprey cove is affordable and near everything you need. It also was pool, and laundromat
Horrible management ! They aren’t prepared for anything . Our apartment got flooded and all they said was “we can’t do anything about it” . They didn’t even care to help until about 5 days later they asked if the water was still there!! We tried giving our vacancy notice 60 days prior and were told to come in a month before to do so now they aren’t wanting to refund our money . We paid a full month and stayed for only 7 days the last month so they just want to get over people and take your money . Don’t water your time here .
DO NOT! Waste your money here! This place is so trashy! Poop and trash all over the place! The ones by the air station are way better. I should not have to hear every single thing above me! If I would’ve known that I would have chose upstairs! Never again!
Terrible management and living condition not to actual scale. IT is terrible for the price and maintenance just puts band aid over band aid and never actually fixes anything
