Miriam and Oscar represented a very excellent display of Oro Vista. I am glad to be welcomed back into OroValley after returning from out of state. This location is very accessible to many storefronts as well.

I love living at oro vista! I love my apartment and all the great businesses and parks close by.staff is very friendly and accomodating.

The leasing team was so great and easy to work with. Even when I was moving from across the country I was able to call and get questions answered quickly. Would highly recommend the apartments are really nice and spacious!

We have lived here almost 7 years and we are so grateful for management and maintenance staff who live on the premises and genuinely care about Oro Vista and its residents. The location is fabulous and the grounds are well-maintained. Very nice exercise room that even includes a rowing machine. Lovely views of Pusch Ridge and sunsets!

Extremely pleased with our apartment!! Very happy with our neighbors, they are very respectful and considerate. We feel safe and just love all the walking trails. Our view is spectacular and the complex is so convenient to stores and shops.

Extremely happy here. Out of the 28 years I have lived in Tucson, this is the only place I have lived that I have serenity. I can fall asleep & wake up to an amazing view & the sound of nature. The staff here is simply wonderful & kind. Everything you may need is within walking distance. The icing on the cake with Oro Vista is after you have lived here over a year, they have a program that helps you towards a home.

The maintenance team is always so prompt and professional! Makes it a real Perk to live in this community.

Great place to live with nice mountain views and plenty of restaurants and a grocery store you can walk to. I've lived in many apartments over the years and this is one of the best ones, especially with the friendly and quiet neighbors that I have. Recent renovation project added new cabinets, countertops and kitchen appliances which are really nice!

I have lived in Oro Vista Apartments for over a year, and I am so thankful that I found this amazing community. The office staff is wonderful, and always go above and beyond. The maintenance team is also great. They are professional and accommodating when it comes to taking care of requests. The community is beautiful and always clean and landscaped. I have wonderful neighbors and I feel extremely safe here. Oro Vista is not the least expensive apartment complex in the area, but it is definitely worth every penny.

Absolutely love my apt!! I lived here 6 years ago, and it was the first place I looked at when I decided to move back to Ariz. Management is amazing, Vaughn has been especially great, and patient with all my questions. The apartments themselves are large and beautiful! You truly can’t beat these balconies. The recent renovations have been amazing and feel very classy! I LOVE the grounds. So clean, and beautifully landscaped, and you can tell the great care they put into the place. Most places don’t make the grounds a priority in apartment complexes, and it’s one of the most important things for me when looking. Definitely an A at Oro Vista! the maintenance team has been fabulous and very quick with getting the work done. I’m so happy to be back here.

Nice place to live, and a great location. I'm not sure if it's just my particular building/neighbors, but it's very quiet here - except for the two nights per week when live music is happening at the restaurant/bar next door. Doesn't bother me too much and my building is very close. Great and friendly staff!

I love living here. I feel safe and cared for as a resident. I feel respected by the staff and I have been here long enough that I feel as if they know me.

I feel incredibly fortunate to live in this community. Not only are the amenities and grounds impeccably maintained, the team (Vaugh, Syrah, Daniel) are kind, professional and always there to help in anyway needed.

I love it here! Any issues are addressed fairly quickly. Staff are friendly and the grounds are beautiful. It's a perfect location, units are well kept and the amenities are perfect for me.

We continue to love OV. Even though we have been restricted due to the pandemic, Vaughn has been amazing at keeping us informed and in helping us with any problems. Great kudos to him and to everyone concerned. The place to be? OV!

I owned my home for 25 years end it was a big decision that after my mothers passed away, who lived with me for over six years after my father passed. I dont regret the decision I made to sell and now rent. I am over 70 and just didnt want the hassle anymore of owning a home and decide to rent. It was the best decision I ever made. Staff staff is amazing as is the complex here at Oro Vista apartments.

Pros: Pros: PROS: Love the location, the property, and the amenities. Vaughn and Sayeh are responsive and professional. CONS: I was disappointed with the extensive number of repairs that were necessary and clearly evident after spending only an hour inside the apartment after getting the key. The process of getting all of the repairs fixed was frustrating and took about 2 weeks.

It has been a wonderful experience living here. It's clean, quiet and the staff is easy to approach and get ahold of. I feel safe and valued here. The apartments have a great floor plan and I like all of the updates.

Our community is private which we thoroughly enjoy. The community is comfortable quiet.

I have very much enjoyed living at Oro Vista Apartments since January of 2016 with the convenient location, the Mountain views, the accessibility, it's pet friendly policy and the amenities and more. I have not cared for, and been disappointed with, the changing of the amenities including changing furniture on the inside of the clubhouse and the outside of the clubhouse that did not need changing, opening the inside of the clubhouse with use of masks and social distancing (because of Covid) and then closing it completely, working on the gym (or changing the equipment when the equipment was fine) and having it take a very long time when a nearby building and its parking lot that had been worked on was completed much much faster while the gym seems, or is, at a standstill.

Grounds are maintained and good, quiet apartments.

Oro Vista is a very nice place to live. The manager is always professional as well as being very considerate & helpful. The neighbors are friendly.

To date I have very much enjoyed living in a ground floor apartment at Oro Vista Luxury Apartments. It has been up to date with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) and since I am confined to a wheelchair for my only mobility it has very much met my needs. Oro Vista is also a dog friendly and since I have a support dog this is important to me. With so many residents they have done their best to try and keep all outdoor places clean. While there is room for improvement for this I think they are doing their best. The amenities are great along with maintenance when needed. I would definitely recommend Oro Vista Luxury Apartments to others!

It is refreshing to live in a community that is well taken care of. The management team really cares about this property and their residents. The maintenance crew are always working on a project and very friendly. We enjoy living here.

I have been living here since January 2016 and the apartments are very nice, the assistant manager is excellent, the amenities are wonderful (except for the new furniture for the indoor/outdoor clubhouse), the view of the Santa Catalina Mountains is gorgeous along with being in a great location for anything you may need or want. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay here.

Oro Vista Apts are comfortable & convenient to everything.

I have lived in Oro Vista Apartments for 4 years now and it is a lovely apartment complex with current great management, appearance, sense of community, wheelchair accessibility and being pet friendly. I have concerns about rental increases especially when the safety gates have not worked in almost a year.

At least twice a week, there is a restaurant, just outside the complex, that has bands play. They play loudly, and go on until about 9:30 pm or so, on Thursdays and Sundays - both days where one would normally need to get rest for the following workday. This is very disruptive to anyone who likes peace and quiet. On top of that, this is the first place I've ever lived that has several people who don't know how to close their front doors without slamming them. They close their doors so hard that it shakes my entire apartment. It's infuriating to say the least. I will not be signing another lease here.

This is a wonderful place with a great, caring team.

I have lived in the Oro Vista Apartments since 2016 and it is a very nice apartment complex. It is dog friendly which is a plus for me, it has very nice amenities (clubhouse, pool, outdoor grills, picnic area gym) and great with maintenance. Everything you may need is in walking distance (restaurants, food store, hair salons, pharmacy and much more). On the downside, the first thing I noticed after moving in was how dirty the carpet was underneath so it does not stay clean. I have lived in many different homes over the last 40 years without experiencing such low-end carpeting. I didn't expect my lease to increase $150/month (this past May) more on top of what I had already been paying when nothing has changed. I have been renting homes for a long time and none of them had increased the rent. Let alone that much! There are always pluses and minuses to apartment living.

Location, location, location, plus great management and maintenance of quality faciities.

The manager is very receptive to the tenants needs and provides good help etc.

We would and have recommended Oro Vistsa apts to everyone who asks.
