Orleans Place Apartments

I have been living here for a little over year and a half and I can't say enough good things about this place. It's a very cozy apartment with a fairly close-knit community. Kaylin is absolutely amazing, always greets you in a friendly manner when you come in or leave, and is quick to help with any problems you have. Paul and Calvin are also excellent about getting to your maintenance issues as efficiently as possible. All three of them have stayed past their shift at times to help residents out which is a testament to their helpful and genuine nature. Overall, I can't recommend Orleans Place enough!

Spacious pet friendly apartments ran by friendly and punctual staff. My girlfriend and I have recently moved in here and have been nothing but satisfied with our new living situation. These apartments are in a quiet neighborhood in woodhaven right by the highway. The small problems that have occurred here were taken care of same day they were reported. These are great apartments.

Lovely place to live with friendly people and very open units. Beautiful, safe neighborhood near a lot of shopping and expressways. Maintenance is never really on hand and when they say they will fix it, don't expect anything to happen anytime soon. The manager downstairs is rude and not helpful when you have a problem. Our building had bed bugs and she refused to help us out with anything while she blamed us, even though it was no ones fault. We did love living here, but now we can't wait to get out.

My boyfriend and I moved in to our one bedroom apartment about 3 weeks ago, and we love it here. Kaylin was super helpful with getting us in to our apartment, and made the whole process fast and painless. So far so good!

I've lived in a 2 bedroom for almost a year now, and I really love it. It's very spacious with a lot of storage space, and a logical layout. Some of my favorite features are the pantry, the vanity in the master bedroom, lots of counter space in the bathroom, and the huge closets. The apartments are also in a great location, they're on a side street so it stays quiet, but it's still close to I75 and a lot of businesses on West Road. It's also reassuring that there's a police station, fire department, and hospital so close. The only downside is that the unit itself doesn't have a washer/dryer and there isn't a dishwasher.

Nice spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, one very large master bedroom with a walk in closet and built in vanity. It comes with a very large pantry and entry closet. The patio has a rail and it sits on a quiet courtyard. Parking is close and sizeable. It sits on a quiet street off a major road with access to many restaurants and the highway. Nearby schools and close to the police station and fire department. It's within walking distance to summer festival and schools.
