Furnace and water heater I was having issues with the furnace and hot water heater providing enough heat. Maintenence replaced the blower unit and some parts on the water heaterthe next day. Very satisfied. Thank you to the Maintenence staff.

Nice place to live I really enjoy my time there. It was a very quiet place not a lot of noise. The staff was great. I left because I had purchase a home.
Tub Unclogged. Works great! Did it quick and effectively so i won't have to worry about it anymore
I’m a current resident and my car was stolen from the parking lot. The police and neighbors informed me this has been one of many break ins at this complex, yet management has never notified residents of the increased threat or made any security improvements. My car was locked and stolen in broad daylight, so clearly the criminals knew they could get away with it. Rent has gone up $400 in the 4 years I’ve lived here. Neighbors sublease their units or have 5+ adults living in a one bedroom. People have loud parties. The buildings are detoriating inside and out. I went almost a two full weeks without heat this last winter and was given an ancient space heater that smelled like it was burning every time I turned it on instead of getting it fixed. I could go on and on. This is NOT luxury living. Also don’t let the pictures of the pool fool you. It’s the middle of June and it’s still not open and that has been the case every year I’ve lived here.
Air conditioning doesn’t work. Leaks and mold forming broken doors windows. Pipes falling off landscaping horrible hole trip hazards by walkways. Arm leg cost with all these unfixed problems. They don’t have a care in the world.they claim to fix or that they will fix things but never do.

The staff here does not value their customers. These apartments cost an arm and leg to live in but yet require a lot of maintenance due to the fact the buildings are older and everything is braking. Don’t hold your breath waiting for these projects to get done because they won’t ever get done. They should lower the prices for these units they are not nice and do not let them fool you. Get a new apartment anywhere but here you will be better off and prob save a lot of money and headaches.

This is a garbage organization. I lived there for a few years and, while living there, they were as nice as can be. No complaints there. Edit: I remember one complaint, actually. My car got hit overnight parked in the lot. They refused to give the police the footage so I could find out who destroyed my vehicle citing “privacy concerns.” After moving out, my security deposit was not returned to me at the time of inspection or walk-out. Many do this as to ensure all utilities get paid and that’s no issue. However, they did not respond to any of my email or phone call attempts to get my deposit back. Fast forward a few years later, and I now discovered that they turned me into collections for $89. They had emailed me about this amount, but did not respond to any of my responses asking for clarification on how I could owe $89 for some light cleaning when they owed me a security deposit of $1000+ dollars. No one at the actual complex will return my inquiries even years later nor from their corporate office. I have left numerous voicemails and emails. So again... a completely garbage and unethical organization. I won both my TransUnion and Equifax disputes against them.

I moved out a couple of months ago only due to a relocation for work. I loved it here! Peaceful and quiet and the apartment was beautiful! Anything I ever needed they were so willing to help me and executed right away. I’m shocked to see such horrible things written about the staff when I have nothing but kind things to say :) thank you for making it feel like home.

While I don't have the issue of mold or missing cabinets that other reviewers seem to have, I do agree with the comments about the staff. They are extremely condescending and don't accept responsibility for any of their maintenance issues. If an apartments has so many "construction faults" they probably should change some things up. They are under new management, but unfortunately it seems like the same staff.

Like others leaving reviews, I also got an apartment without cabinets in the kitchen. They initially said 2-3 weeks, but it is nearly a year later and still no cabinets! They offer $25 for this "inconvenience" and won't offer more if you ask. The office staff always makes up different excuses for whatever issue you present to them and doesn't accept responsibility for their faults. The owner Andrea is incredibly condescending to tenants. Needless to say I won't be renewing the lease here.

I am a current tenant that was transferred to a new unit. Upon moving in we were missing cabinets, tub pealing, and had various “cosmetic issues”. Obviously a walk through wasn’t done. A week after my move in date I still don’t have all my cabinets. I also discovered the mouse trap and droppings behind my stove. Management did not care. When I asked when someone would come in and clean she said probably tomorrow. Like this isn’t a health concern?! The best part was, “the previous tenant must have left that trap there”. Really? No one bothered checking? While new tenants get first months rent off, I get $25 for all my troubles. I made the mistake of signing the lease before checking my unit. But I honestly don’t think they even allow you to walk through before you sign. I wonder why....

How do they reward a good tenant that is clean, quiet, and pays on time? They tell you, you have to move out and transfer or leave so they can renovate your apartment that you are completely content with. This wouldn’t be an issue, but the new lease will be treated like you are brand new tenant, except without the benefits of being a new tenant like the first month free. Basically they value a new tenant they don’t know over a loyal one that was happy with the apartment.

Not a very good deal for the price, I opt out of my lease early because I was not able to get the management to repair the a/c , heating unit nor replace the old flooring in the bath room and kitchen which would come up on my feet. I was told by the maintenance manager that they were not going to replace it period. I had to turn on the oven to heat my unit at 1370 apt 1. There are so many other places in that area that is much cheaper and nicer.
