The manager Kim is very unprofessional. She is clueless to what she is doing. She tell everyone's business to other tenants. She lies right in your face. So please DO NOT believe all the fake reviews she bribed people for. This property would be so much better without her. Also, she is never in the office .

After numerous searching and looking around I finally found this rental property that gives you what you pay for. Property is well kept and clean just a little dry patches in the grass. Kim the property manager responded very promptly with emails and the move in process was easy and stress free

I have been a resident the last few months nice quite community, and the grounds are well kept Kim in the office is so nice, and have a good maintenance team.

There are pitbulls on this property that are very aggressive. Please tell me why this place allows someone to live in a one bedroom apartment with 2 big dangerous pitbulls with all the kids here. Stop being so greedy for money and take the safety of your tenants more serious. And what breed is restricted because i have seen them all here at this property.

These apartments are spacious, BUT they are not worth the price. There's NO washer/dryer in the unit, NO clubhouse, NO pool, NO playground and NO gym. Laundry room is in a creapy basement. Parking is HORRIBLE. AND MICE enter from behind the stove if not sealed. Barely any maintenance staff. And all the reviews about the manager Kim being so nice. Of course she is going to be super nice and friendly to get you to rent an apartment. Glad I moved out of there.

Took a tour of these apartments recently . Honestly, they are not worth the price. With no washer/dryer in unit, gym, playground, pool or clubhouse they are just not worth it.

Toured these apartments recently. My honest opinion they are not worth the price. Also, you pay a water bill and there's no washer/dryer in the unit only in a basement area. The maintenance work did not look professionally done to me for this price. They have no gym, clubhouse, playground, pool, patio or balcony. The price they are asking, I can find a apartment that has atleast some of these things. They are spacious though.

Rent is just too high for these apartments. They have no amenities to offer you for this price. There's no washer/dryer in the unit. You have to go in a basement for the laundry area. There's no clubhouse, playground, gym or pool. Parking looks to be a serious problem for residents. They need to bring these prices down to affordable since There's nothing to offer for the high price.

Went here to tour an apartment. Upon entering the street, I almost damaged my car because there are several potholes in the street. A resident explained to me that it happens every year with more adding and it's been like that for months now with no repair. Also, for what they charge for apartments their should be some kind of amenities, but none. The building look so old on the outside and main halls are unappealing. Charges for water and no washer/dryer in unit, only in a creepy basement. I'll pass on these.

First off, I was shown an apartment that wasn’t even cleaned from the previous tenant. None of the available apartments were renovated or remotely accurate to the pictures they’re displaying on here, and the manager completely blew me off when I was inquiring about a lease. Look elsewhere.

Great Management! I really enjoyed living at a drug and pest free environment, but most of all it was a humbling and very peaceful complex. Yes I would recommend this apartment to a friend or family.
I like living here at Orchard View Apartment. The apartments are very spacious. The only thing is I wish they would update the apartments a little more. I would love to have hardwood floors instead of carpet, it would look so much nicer. They should ask the tenant if they are willing to pay $20 more a month for rent to upgrade to hardwood floors. If you don't mind paying, then you should get the upgrade. Orchard View Property Owners this is something to think about because I would pay to have them. But other than that the are ok.
Spacious rooms, quiet environment cozy enviroment on sight laundry close to grocery stores
This is one of the cheapest apartments around price wise, but iit s incredibly nice inside for the price. Personal entrances, very large closets, large bathroom, and a better kitchen than a lot of the more expensive apartments I had looked at in the area. The woman who manages at the office is incredibly nice and helpful and communicates with all tenants with letters to inform us of important details and concerns of other tenants that she would like to help fix. The parking lot is close too. This complex is also located close to a main road that has absolutely anything you could possibly need, so driving far isn't needed, you could even walk to the grocery store if you wanted. It's amazing and convenient. The only downfall I have experienced here personally is having a very unfriendly downstairs neighbor. When I first moved in, my energetic son would jump and I didn't realize how much it was heard downstairs. Instead of communicating with me, he would bang on my door and yell at me to keep him quiet. I have been making sure since, kind of scared when he's home sometimes, to keep my son from banging and haven't heard much from him since. But that's really just bad luck of a neighbor combination and me having a top floor apartment with a three year old as opposed to the apartment complex itself. I don't know any of the other neighbors, but they seem pretty friendly and usually always at least say hi when we're walking past eachother. The only other thing I wish would be different is the water pressure of the shower. Although the water temperature is always amazing and exactly how I want it, so it makes up for it. This apartment, especially for the price, is definitely worth it and I'm very glad after how many I viewed, that I chose this one. I don't plan on leaving this apartment for a while, except to maybe change to a downstairs one.
i'm a new resident, but I'm already in love. The apartment has a great view of the courtyard from the front window and a beautiful very of trees from the back facing windows. There is a whole shopping center in walking distance. It's quiet enough to relax at night. The apartment is gigantic for one person, too! For a one bedroom apartment for a recent college graduate who is just starting out, I couldn't have asked for a better place.
