Property Ratings at Orchard Townhomes
I came out to look at these townhouses and liked the 3 bedroom one so I put a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit down and was supposed to move in the next weekend. 2 days later! 2days! I Lost my job and could afford to move into a new place so I had to call the lady we were working with and tell her I couldn't sign the lease papers so could I get my $500 back. She said that they would send me a check in the mail and I said ok. 2 months later still no check! So I decided to call the lady and she said she would give me my $500 out of her PERSONAL MONEY!? Why would she have to give me my money out of her PERSONAL MONEY? Unless she used my money right? Well it's going on 4 months and still trying to get my full money back, make sure you don't back out on living here if you want your money back.
