Reynolds Corner is a suburban neighborhood consisting of cozy residential areas paired with convenient amenities that are all less than 10 miles west of Downtown Toledo. Reynolds Corner is affordable when compared to surrounding areas, and renters have their choice of apartments and townhouses as well as a few single-family homes. Excellent!

Overall, my experience here has been great. I’ve been here 1.5 years and sad to leaving. The buildings are tucked back off the main road so you don’t feel front and center. The office staff is SO kind, maintenance is speedy, and it’s down the road from a grocery store and other places. Any issue I’ve ever had has quickly and efficiently been resolved.

HORRIBLE FLOORS, DON’T LIVE UNDER ANYONE

The floors here are HORRIBLE! I’m on 2nd floor. They creak & crack so loud & it’s literally the entire floor. You can’t step on a spot without some kind of creak/crack. It might not sound too bad to you walking on it, but believe me as someone who lives under someone else, I HEAR IT ALL! I complained & when the people above me moved out they said they’d have people come in and find the worst spots & nail them down better. They didn’t! When I say the floors are horrible, I really can’t even describe how bad. I wish I could load audio clip because I can literally sit on my couch, record the audio with my phone, & you can hear it, that’s how loud it is. The bedroom is impossible to sleep in because any time the person above me gets up, I get woke up with all the creaking. I had to move my mattress into my living room! Not the best look, but at least I can sleep through the night.

Friendly Staff and Good Upkeep

I've lived here for almost two years now and I love it. The staff at the leasing office have always been prompt when responding to my emails and calls, and the few times I've needed maintenance to come in, they've done so within a day or two. The ponds and trees maintain a sort of cozy atmosphere where you can sit out on your back deck, swim at the pool, or take a walk around the complex. My only complaints would be the noisy stairwells (you can really hear it anytime someone is going up or down, as well as when a door is knocked on) and the bugs that get in during the summer (although to be fair, I'm on the ground floor, so it's not unexpected).

Bad complex

Not a friendly or helpful leasing office. I asked questions via email and was told to look it up in my lease agreement. The walls are super thin and you pay a lot for an outdated apartment and appliances. The internet is also awful and you have to go through their provider. We upgraded to the highest the offer and it just shuts off. The landscaping and upkeep is also not what I would expect for the price.

unprofessional

unprofessional. first, I contact them to see the apartment after that I sent all the documents they asked for then they accept all my documents after that they asked me to applied and paid for the application to get the apartment, after that she called me to say sorry we don't accept your application, I asked her why you asked me to applied and paid for it and why you guys change your mind she said one second I will contact my colleague then they shut down the line to me after a long time waited. then they don’t answer anymore!!!

Aweful Service

I had questions about the place and none of them were answered with real responses. And when questioned further, I was told it would have to go through a manager but I would not be able to speak to one before moving in...

Unsafe

Pros: Spacious apartment, beautiful landscaping, pond and geese, quiet, quick response of maintenance, full size washer and dryer in the unit, utility included in the rent except for electric. Cons: > If you are not on the top floor then you can hear baby crying, stepping, screaming, sliding doors, washing machine running, and so on from above. > Internet plan is forced to be property's own, you do not have other choices, and you have to purchase your own router/modem. > Dryer takes 2 times to actually dry the clothes for normal size load. > A lot of spiders and bugs for first floor Security problem for me: During Christmas holidays when I was out of town, my UPS delivery at my door along with an expensive wallet with some cash in foreign currency in it that is INSIDE my apt were stolen, meaning my apt was broken into and I was not the only one on the property told by the staff from the leasing office. I reported this to the police and to the property management. A big disappointment was the leasing office only took some notes about what happened and NEVER GOT BACK TO ME, nobody gave me even a follow up call or anything. I do not know who did this and I guess it is technically not their fault but as a tenant I did not feel comfortable about them doing/ saying nothing, and I feel even more unsafe just for that reason, and this is why I am not renewing the lease.

3rd Floor and More...

WE LOVE THESE APARTMENTS! My husband and I live on the 3rd floor and have the most beautiful apartment. The living room/dining room areas are big enough for our dining room set, couch, chairs, and office furniture. The open floor plan makes cooking and entertaining so wonderful, and the vaulted ceilings make the rooms look even bigger. We have a king bed in our bedroom and still have ample room for two dressers, two nightstands, a bookcase and chest for blankets. We barely use the dressers because of all the closet space. The location is great, right down the street from the grocery store, post office, express way, and so much more. Great apartment, great location, and pet friendly!

I love my apartment! Great walk-in closet, balcony, and waterfront views! I'm welcomed home every time I walk through my front door! I'm blessed! :)

Pros: They pay for heat and water so your winter bill is very low for utilities and you can take nice long showers and not pay for any of it! Also the location is nice, right by highway 23, the maintenance is very good about seeing you right away. The apartments are spacious and well kept up. Cons: The internet and cable systems are through a single provider and you don't really get a choice. The internet is very expensive for the speed, but I got DirecTV so not sure about the cable. Also not workout place, but there is a pool. Overall we really like it here, it is very safe and well worth the price.
