Ive been here for a little over a year now and i have no complaints about this place. First, the property manager Jonathan, is super friendly and accommodating to tenants, he is in the office 6 days a week from morning to sundown, making sure everythings always running smoothly. Secondly, maintainence request are easy to access and the response is fast, theres always a maintenance guy, Dimas making sure everything is cleaned and perfect, which is highly appreciated by us all. Lastly, the people here are so friendly and easy going! Ive made a few new friends myself (-: highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to call home!

From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and supported by Jonathan (manager) & his supporting staff. They address issues that arise promptly and keep the building spotless. I feel safe here and have really enjoyed getting to know my neighbors.

I recently moved into The Orange Terrace Apartments in Long Beach, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. My property manager, Jonathan, is incredibly kind and always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m taken care of—whether it’s ensuring my work orders are completed promptly, keeping my packages safe and secure, or inviting residents to fun community events. Today, the office hosted a Valentine’s Day celebration where tenants could create their own mini bouquets and spin a wheel for a gift card, which was such a thoughtful touch. Over the past few months, I’ve also gotten to know other staff members, and they’ve all been just as friendly and attentive. One thing to note is that parking in the garage is limited, and new residents are placed on a waitlist until a spot becomes available. However, there’s ample street parking, and nearby lots offer monthly paid options. Additional amenities include a responsive maintenance team, a gated community, an on-site laundry room with PayRange, an on-site property manager, pet-friendly policies (cats allowed), and easy online rent payments.

Just moved out after being here close to 2 years, but I have nothing but good things to say about Jonathan and the maintaining of the property. Any problems were quickly resolved is Jon was a friend to everyone in the complex. Good internet and amenities as well. Just be wary of the very limited parking situation.

The property manager is onsite daily, trash is removed daily, and the maintenance crew is onsite 6 days a week. It is very simple to pay rent and request maintenance on the property app. I have never had any issues with appliances breaking or noisy neighbors, and any minor maintenance tasks submitted have been resolved the same day. Washer and dryers well supplied and always available. Only downside may be street parking, which can be navigated by adjusting personal schedule a bit earlier to return in the early afternoon and ensure parking.

Living here for the past 2 years has been a nice experience. Me and my girlfriend were first-time renters, and Jonathan (on-site Property Manager) made the whole process very smooth and accommodating, answering all questions and concerns. I am very appreciative of how attentive he is to all the people living here, and how he runs the property. The property itself is very well maintained and beautiful. Maintenance are always upkeeping the cleanliness and functionality of the property. Mail gets delivered to the mail area, your front door step, or even safely secured by Jonathan in his office. For the price, the units interiors are beautiful and more modern than other apartments on the market in the same price range. The amenities such as the Laundry room are great to avoid having to go to a laundromat. Overall, living here has gone really well.

The property is well-maintained and managed. Manager Jonathan consistently checks to ensure everything functions properly. After nearly a year, the experience has been smooth and peaceful. The community has friendly neighbors, contributing to a welcoming environment. Orange Terrace is the place to be…A. D

Aside from being an ice place to live, Orange Terrace also organizes special events for holidays and special occasions. It’s nice to come home and find there’s free pizza, donuts, or something

I've been living here for more than 5 years and Iove it. The community is great, everyone is friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is good size, the courtyard and laundry room are kept clean. Jonathan is always helpful and a great manager. Always communicative and prompt to send maintenance when requested. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve lived here for about 9 months now, and it’s been fantastic. Very clean, with high standards for maintenance. Very safe within a gated/locked complex. Excellent and friendly on-site property management. Great price for what you get (gas & water included in rent too). Quiet, diverse community. Laundry room (I’ve never had to wait for a washer or dryer to be open). 3 floor complex but does have an elevator. Pet friendly. Walking distance to a grocery store and a couple quick bites. 15-20 minute walk from beach, about the same to downtown LB. Bus station right outside the complex. The only difficult part about living here is the street parking, which goes for anywhere in LB. Any time after 5 or 6 pm it’s hard to find something super close. But during the day it’s super easy. Definitely recommend living here if you’re new to the area and want something safe, comfortable, and affordable

I spent 8 years at Orange Terrace & the experience was first class from move in until now when I have to vacate for work purposes. The manager Jonathan was always super attentive to any need or concern I had with my apartment. All the staff on site are super friendly and always kept up with the area. Maintenance requests were done so promptly. I would highly recommend people to move to this location. I can only hope my next home is half as good.

Love how it’s less than a 15 min walk to the beach, local park, or eatery’s on retro row. DTLB is about a 15-20 min walk and transit lines are all around + accessible. It’s also fiber optic internet ready which is a huge plus.

Super spacious Apartments in the downtown area with all the amenities provided at a reasonable price. Close to Downtown LB, Grocery stores, Bars and Restaurant and the Beach. The property manager and working staff are available 24x7 for any help needed. Shout out to Jonathan!

I lived at Orange Terrace for over 3 years. I had the pleasure of being the on site manager's neighbor. Jonathan is very warm and attentative. We bonded over the love of our fur babies. I like that they didn't nickle & dime for any type of pet deposit nor pet rent. That was important for me & a major factor for my choosing to move here. The space is fairly large. I enjoyed not feeling cramped in my home. The maintenance team shows up the next day of submitting your issue. They fully communicate with you what is going on. They're a great bunch of guys. The neighbors are friendly and it's relatively peaceful. I moved simply because I was able to get the ocean front home of my dreams. Considering that I already miss the Orange Terrace community. I have never met an on-site manager as cool as him. He answered my phone calls very quickly. He made sure to answer all my questions and update me on the application process the same day. The property is very clean and pleasing to the eye. I was given a very detailed tour of the unit. The place looks better than the pictures. He made sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about the unit and amenities the property had to offer their tenants. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone I know because of how Jonathan handled the application process. Thank you Jonathan for making apartment hunting for first time renters less stressful.

We’ve been residents for almost 4 years now and we absolutely love it! The area is central to many great shops and restaurants. Very spacious apartments versus other complexes in the area. Very well maintained complex. Clean and gardened very well. Jonathan the property manager, is very nice and attentive. He is Always willing to do anything to help us and if he’s not able to at that moment he gets back to you as soon as possible . He remembers the tenants names and is very friendly and approachable. His door is always open. We love it here so much and glad we chose this apartment complex.
